This place is awesomely good. We got half rack ribs pulled pork and loaded fries with brisket. The brisket was so tender. Everything was delicious. Prices are great also....

This place was my first time trying Santa Maria style BBQ - and I’ve been back several times since.
Excellent BBQ - slow cooked the right way, choice of sauces - all are excellent, great sides, full bar/great beer selection, and the perfect atmosphere to enjoy all of it in. Owner and staff are all friendly and accommodating. Big beards welcomed/encouraged.
If you love BBQ like I do, you won’t regret coming in here. The Pulled pork is my favorite!
After following this place on Instagram since they first opened we finally visited today, just my hubby and I for his birthday! We ordered the sampler with a side of mac n cheese and onion rings. Everything was delicious! They have 3 different tasty bbq sauces but realistically I didn't feel like the meat needed it. It was that good. Let's talk about the chicken wings. Neither of us expected them to be as good as they were but dang they were bomb! They had the perfect amount of crispiness and very flavorful. They have a great selection of craft beer as well. Service was superb! Can't wait to go back :)
10 out of 10! Corbin’s Q absolutely ROCKS! The staff and service is amazing - super friendly and truly love what they do! The restaurant is an awesome place to kick back and enjoy your meal - great energy and vibe the whole time we were there. The story is so cool, starting at a the farmers market to now catering and across the country with a permanent location near SDSU! Check out Tap Trucks and their booze is tasty as well!
Do yourself a fever and enjoy a plate (or 3!) - highly recommend everything as you can’t miss on their menu!!!

We grabbed a sampler plate and bbq pulled pork loaded fries and it was all super delicious. Tri tip, loaded fries and the Mac and cheese were my favorite! Not a huge fan of the onion rings.
I tried a bbq chicken breast sandwich combo with fries and a drink. The sandwich was good and there was plenty of chicken. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The price was reasonable and I will return!

We had Corbin's cater a celebration of life. The staff that came out was very polite, respectful and helpful with our guests. The food was ready exactly on time. The food was delicious! The servings were generous and the leftovers were made available to guests with to-go containers. I would absolutely recommend Corbins Q for any event.
The manager here was really inviting and when I stopped to check on the beer of the month he helped me to decide to stay. I had the tri tip samich and a side of Onion rings, the sandwhich was perfect and they told me to try their unique mustard sauce which I did and I liked it a lot. They also have a spicy bbq sauce that I like. The onion rings came out a little too crisp (burnt) but when I brought it to the managers attention he apologized and replaced them with delicious golden ones, he also said he'd talk to the kitchen again and let them know not to do that again.
They have a small but full coverage beer selection with some great choices. I will be including this place on my future rounds.
This place is slamming, the tri tip sandwich is off the charts. Staff are great! Highly recommend!
Ate at Corbins today, and the food was great. Since we are from out of state, the
manager, Dante was very friendly, informative and made our meal very enjoyable.
We ordered the baby back ribs, and a meat sampler. Everything that we chose were cooked great and was very tasty.
All things considered, (Covid-19), it was Excellent experience. Portions were nothing to brag about. Theres enough food to satisfy you, but not enough to make you say "Wow!". The young men behind the counter were friendly, and professional. Waiting times were reasonable; except a group of three people entered about 5 minutes after me, ordered food (With No Appointment), and got there food 3 to 5 minutes BEFORE I got my order. Not sure if the sweet, young, hot looking mini skirt had any effect on the young men, but they certainly gave her PLENTY of attention. All that said, I recommend this restaurant and will be coming back again soon.
Phenomenal. Corbin and the crew does a great job at both food AND hospitality. The hardest part about going out for BBQ is the feeling of being at someone's home. Otherwise you just grill at home no matter how good it is. But Corbins Q is it. They have it. Prices are great, worth it anyway, and again the service is awesome. Highly recommended. And I didn't ask him but I'm sure if you're nice enough Corbin will let you touch his beard 👀

Feel like family at home when you stop by to eat. The smell of bbq is present when you park. I ordered the tritip Nachos and it was bomb. Loaded with nacho chips, cheese, beans, and salsa fresca I was full. You will enjoy the aroma of a open flame Southern California's Santa Maria Style . Ribs and meats are usually smoking up in the grill when you enter.
My wife and I came here on a whim. She grew up in a small town in East Tennessee, so she is VERY picky about her BBQ. We walked in expecting nothing special, and we're blown away from start to finish. The employees were wonderful, and seemed to be genuinely happy to be there. But once the food came out?!? HEAVEN. We won't go to other places for wings, because they are better at Corbins. Their Tri-tip was actually flavorful and moist, not some old sad dried up boot leather. And the sausage they make? Get outta here. It had such good flavor, yet wasn't overpowering. Corbin's has become a new favorite of my wife and myself, and we look forward to eating here more often.
I decided to try this place cause a buddy of mine is always coming here. Not a very fancy place but typical for a BBQ joint. Decided to try a Pulled Pork Burrito 🌯. I will say it was huge and very filling but it was pretty salty. It seemed like the fries they put in the burrito were saturated in salt. All in all I would say it was good. I would like to come back someday and order something without fries so I can taste the meat more without all the salt. Came back and got the sampler plate. Good quality, especially recommend the beef ribs. 🤤
This is a small BBQ restaurant that is more suitable for takeout or might be because of the CDC requirement. There were only 3 tables inside and small patio in the front. Nice services and great food. Small parking lot but plenty of street parking. We ordered 1 CQ combo, 2 ribs, half pork ribs and the food is good for 2 adults with 2 kids. The rips are great, not the slaw.
