My best friend was in San Diego and went out for drinks and a bite to eat, I’am a big fan of barrio Logan since I grew up around the area and everything here is worth visiting. It was my first time at this location and I immediately liked the open space. The drink menu looked good and I wanted to try everything, I ordered the abuelita chocolate stout and I was amazed and excited of how delicious and smooth it was. By far the best one I’ve had, also ordered a pepino michelada with chamoy on the rim delicious! So flavorful and you can taste everything and so refreshing the last drink I ordered was grapefruit paloma and it hit the spot so much stronger and again delicious love the chamoy on the rim. There’s also outside sitting where me and my best friend sat and enjoyed a bite to eat. We ordered carne asada fries and a loaded baked potato and portions are big we couldn’t finish everything but so worth it. I have to also say one of the best carne asada I’ve had. Definitely a great experience and will be coming back soon. Almost forgot to mention the ladies at the bar were amazing, love how they offered to try the stout before ordering a glass.

Awesome brewery with a great taco stand out back. Their beers are Mexican themed and they’re all really tasty. I loved the Horchata and sour. They often have live music and it’s pretty lively on weekends. A great spot for a drink and some tacos with friends!

You experience this place before you even enter! The smell of BBQ, and hardwood smoke greet you. Wonderful beers on tap, local and Tijuana local. The shrimp taco (pictured) was beyond amazing, as was the beef taco that I inhaled before snapping pictures. The service is excellent and by people who truly love what they are serving. Only disappointment was that they had run out of the agave and horchata based beers that I was excited to try. Hoping it will be in stock NEXT WEEK when I return!

This is an amazing experience. The ambience and vibe of this place is welcoming. The Thursday night jazz is worth it. The place is fully packed with people from San Diego who love Latin Jazz. It’s a kid friendly place. Along with freshly brewed beer and house made wine; they serve tacos, nachos, burritos and pizzas. Also soda is available. This place has a open backyard which is nicely decorated with Christmas lights and there are couple of board games in here. Kids usually spend there time in here while their parents enjoy the Jazz performance. The only issue about this place is parking. You can get a street parking spot a couple of blocks away. Overall a really good place to visit if you are a Jazz lover.

Best variety and quality of beer that’s still local San Diego. A must-try if you’re visiting. They always have tacos in the back that are so delicious.

The beer is really good here…I loved the ale. The nice treat is the is the tacos and nacho fries that they have at the restaurant in the back of the brewery. It’s called rancho Sonora. It’s really good and combined with beer it’s a great combo. Give them a shot

We visited during their 4th year Anniversary celebration and the loteria game played was super fun. They regularly play loteria on Tuesdays at 7pm, I highly recommend it. We bring out of town guests and they love it. Beer selection is good and the atmosphere is always enjoyable. There is a taco shop inside the brewery, their food is okay.

Great brewpub in the heart of Barrio Logan. Cool art everywhere commemorating local heros and culture. Some nights there's live music. Tonight was the biweekly car show so the streets and restaurants were full of people. I had a glass of the Horchata Golden Ale and the Huachinango Fish Tacos. Great combo. There are vegan options as well. Three places to eat and drink; inside, outside in the back patio, or on the street.

Tacos are larger than most street tacos. Unique corn tortillas. Many items grilled over live fire. The staff was friendly. Surrounded by other interesting shops and restaurants.

Great beer with pricey tacos. The beer is crafted with the tastes of Mexico. Horchata, pepino, hibiscus & agave, and abuelita's chocolate. I don't know where else to find beer like this. The Pepino is a sour. I don't like sours and this was my favorite. Outside of beer, the tacos are pretty expensive but the meat is generous. Would go back!

A great spot filled with art, cartoon drawings on the walls, and a nice back patio. They offer all sorts of weekly specials. Though they don’t have a ton of taps they do provide a great variety of good, quality beer.
