Delicious taco Tuesday tacos. Try the especial tacos. Guacamole and the fish tacos are so good! The Diablo sauce is 🔥🔥🔥 love it. Would recommend coming here. Remember, taco Tuesday specials are usually after 2pm but I saw a sign saying they have specials all day Tuesday for this location. Try it out!
I wish we had one of these in Oregon! Ordered the coconut shrimp tacos with many go salsa and they were delicious!
I took my grandson to Ribios on Scripps Poway Parkway yesterday for lunch.
Our meal was wonder as you would expect.
However what happened afterwards shows the quality and character of their employees.
It had been an trying day, things seemed to be going from bad to worse. I left my purse at the table when we left. I didn't notice for approximately 30 minutes layer what I had done. I called Rubios and they had it. Everything in tack.
The manager, Jackie, went out of her way to make sure I got my purse back.
I can't say enough gratitude to the employees. Thank you again.
They've got delicious fish tacos. I've always found the portions of the fish to be giant around the corn tortilla. The sides though could use some improvement in flavor and texture. It also comes in little micro cups that lead me to wonder how much rice and beans cost if all I'm getting is a few spoonfuls each.
Rubio’s Fish taco Friday! Two traditional fish tacos, chips, and refried beans for $6.00. It doesn’t matter which store I go to, it’s always a great meal! Reminds me of San Felipe, the first place I ever had a fish taco. If you haven’t found the nerve to try a fish taco, Rubio‘s Fish taco Friday is a great place to give it a try! You won’t regret it.
It's easy to tell they put a focus on training here. The staff was extremely pleasant and patient as we tried to figure out exactly what we wanted. Food was great. They have a nice outdoor seating area, and a decent beer selection.
Always tasty and fresh! We ate outside on their patio and had a lovely early dinner.
Delicious fish tacos in a clean well lit restaurant. The staff are friendly here and service is fast and accurate. The sauce bar is clean. This place usually doesn't get too crowded and the parking lot is big. They have a very nice outdoor patio seating area as well with a nice view. I definitely recommend coming here every Tuesday for their amazing fish taco deals. Taste great and fills you up at a great price.

Your entire customer service experience visiting this place will vary wildly depending on who takes your order. Some of the cashiers are short with customers and you feel like you’re bothering them by placing an order, but theres also a lovely woman who’s there some evenings who is so friendly you can’t help but smile even on a bad day. I wish I could remember her name but if you’ve been to this location you know who I’m talking about.
The food quality is always on point at this location though! Very well managed. No complaints here.
The food is always great even though rubios has gotten more pricey over the last few years. But the service could be improved, we had to wait a couple mins to order because some of the employees were just talking and laughing.

The "Original" fish taco. Rubio's is great did any location that I have been too. This location has decent parking adjacent to the restaurant. Very busy in taco Tuesday. The patio can get very warm in the summer, but does have heating for cooler times of year. Plenty of high chairs and very friendly staff that can provide extra hands to help parents get kids situated.

California bowl (w/ salmon) was good but the salmon was dry. I shared with my wife and she said the same thing.
