Fresh, best subway I have had in a long time. Prices are higher than last visit, but sandwiches were great.
Haidar is a very nice and very customer service oriented. We were amazed at his memory regarding what we like. We like him a lot!!
Jamaica was great! Made the visit super enjoyable and made us feel so welcome! Will come back to location just because of the amazing customer service!
I haven't had many issues with this place. Service is great, Staff our kind and friendly, and food is delicious. Recently however, the store changed hours. They used to be open 24 hrs. Not sure if the restaurant is struggling to fill late night/early morning positions, but I am bummed by this change. I work overnight shifts and would often swing by to get a sandwich (although an odd hour to have a sandwich-2am). Came to the restaurant and found myself disappointed as I had no idea of the store hour change. Unfortunately I had to take my business elsewhere.
I hope they eventually go back to 24 hrs. Only reason for a 4/5 rating on my part was due to it no longer being 24hrs. It was nice to have that sandwich option over a burrito once in awhile.

So I ordered from Ubereats and I wanted a sandwich and dozen chocolate chip cookies and they actually called me to let know they were out of the chocolate chip (cuz they’re so amazing!!!), but if I wanted to delay my order, they could make a fresh batch. I was so thrilled at the level of customer service, as they are probably busy and yet they were willing to go ahead and just make more cookies. So happy with this crew and they should all get raises.
The staff are generally nice and the cleanliness of the place is fine. The food is, well just like any other Subway. Sometimes the [Italian] bread tastes a little off and can be very disappointing. To fix it just put it in the freezer for 15 minutes, then the refrigerator for an hour +. It's fine if you get tuna.
This is my go to Subway in East County. I'm always greeted with " welcome to Subway" the employees are always very personable and fast when making your sandwich even if you go in at the crack of dawn they have a nice demeanor. Nothing but good experiences here.
I'll be honest the food is subpar. Everyone knows what subway taste like and the quality you will get but the reason I am giving this 5 stars is because of the friendly staff. I don't think I have ever had a bad experience with a single staff member.
They have a new French Bread Roll at this location. It is incredible with the Subway club. Toasted with cheese the new French Bread is really awesome. I hope they expand to other locations. I know Subway is testing various new breads but they should make this available in all Subway restaurants. Keep the French Bread!
I must give a shout out to Katerina! She was so professional and courteous while handling my order. Exceptional service!
Nice it was open. Jersey mike's was closed. Only one person working so it took a little longer but she did well and it was good.
No roast beef... They do allow coupons which is cool.
