I ordered the Arrabiata sauce. I wasn't sure what noodles to pick so the chef recommended the squid ink pasta. Hands down it was the best Italian experience I've ever had! Caution Arrabiatta sauce is spicy!
Next time I want to try the same dish with prawns (sea food) added.
There seems to be endless combinations to choose from!
If you can't decide, trust the chef's opinion!!
Unfortunately I can’t comment on the pasta but as my friend and I were passing by the tiramisu (our favorite dessert) caught our eye and we had to get it. Did not disappoint, it was light while the coffee flavor still shone through. Would like to try their pasta next time.
First of all Liberty Market is cool. There are TONS of food options. I normally would not go for pasta but it looked so fresh I had to try it. I ended up ordering the prosciutto Mac and cheese. At first I was worried it wouldn’t be enough food but it definitely was. I was FULL. It was also great.
Great prices and good pasta, but the Bolognese definitely isn't the best
We got three kinds of ravioli that we brought home and cooked. We cooked it for 2-3 minutes and I'd say it was al dente. I like it softer, so I should have cooked it longer, but no matter, it was delicious! The flavors, cheese, bacon, and spinach were all wonderful, but the spinach was absolutely amazing! Can't wait to try more of their food.
Pasta Design is my jam! I am big fan of the lasagna and their ravioli with yummy marinara sauce. You can't go wrong with their freshly made food. They have so many options to choose from...you can't go wrong. Also a big plus you can enjoy your delicious meal with a drink while at Liberty Station. :)
Best fresh pasta ever. I come here to get pasta whenever I can. It is so fresh that it only needs to be boiled for like a minute and it's perfect. Just thinking about, yum. The raviolis with some of their pesto or tomato sauce (or a mix of both 😋) are especially incredible.
When we're at the Liberty Market and my kids can't make up their minds this is always my fail safe. They love the "Black" (squid ink) pasta. If they knew it was they'd never eat it again, but thankfully they don't so it's a fun novelty for them.
I love their pastas, they have great texture and the sauces are excellent.
