Fersure a hidden gem not just in San Fernando but in the San Fernando Valley! My recommendation would probably be if you're planning to eat in this place is to call ahead of time to make a reservation because it's a small place and seating is very limited but I'm telling you it's worth it. Big portion, less expensive than most places and quality of food is A1! I wish I got their ceviche but that will be for next time, fersure lol

Small modest place with great food and great service.
My wife and I tried the fish ceviche, jalea mixta and leche de tigre. I must say that our least favorite was the leche de tigre which tasted the same as the ceviche, but it was not bad. The jalea and the ceviche were very good and well portioned. I would recommend Asumare on the basis of those 3 dishes.
