Wow, amazing place. I’ve never been before, first of all, the vibe here is really good, such as a palace. The most point I love is about the food portion, I have a big appetite, the food served here so good, large plate and refill bread as an appetizer, it’s terrific! Service is good, all foods are delicious. The price is affordable. Also is pretty fair, large portion food with the normal price in San Francisco. I would love to come here again.

In my experience food always taste good here, but yesterday when I ordered the Thai chicken salad the chicken looked raw and was very soft for me I couldn’t eat it. The dressing was really good. We had mini corn dogs for my daughter but she said she didn’t like the batter and I tried it and it didn’t have to much flavor. Good things: plates are big enough for share. The fries are really good. Soda refill All the cheesecakes are delicious we always have White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake. THE VIEW Restaurant looks clean and well maintained. Staff was nice considering the place was full and could seem overwhelming.

All of our savory dishes tasted too sweet. 1hr wait to be seated, if didn’t keep reminding them we got the text that our table was ready we would have never been seated. Amazing view of union square from the 8th floor. Outdoor seating available. Oreo cheesecake was delicious 😋

Got the corn tamale and it was so good! The place didn’t look that busy but our service was pretty bad. Our waiter took about 30 mins to take our order after we sat down and checked on my group in a 40 min interval. After waiting a super long time for everything we never got bread. There were people who sat right after us who got immediate help and bread. I’ve come here before and everything was great but this time it wasn’t :(

The Cheesecake Factory is a fan favorite. Their Classic Basque Cheesecake lived up to its expectations. Soft, creamy and juicy. A great place to enjoy dinner rolls, soup and peach lemonade. The Chicken-Avocado sub was also well crafted. Staff are attentive and courteous. Reservations are recommended.

It's 10/10. Great food, great atmosphere. Taste is so good and not too salty. Alot of restaurants I've been too are just too salty, this is just nice. be prepared to wait for a table during busy times. We waited about 15mins to be seated and abt 20mins for food to be served .

The Cheesecake Factory is a must when visiting the USA. The menu is varied and there is something for everyone. The food is always delicious. The waiters are always friendly and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The orange chicken was delicious (I only knew it from the Big Bang Theory series). And the cheesecakes are all brilliant!

Cheesecake Factory at Union Square located near Macy’s (specifically on the 8th floor). For parking there are garage parking around the area and there is a fee, there’s also metered parking but very hard to get. We had a party of 13 but was only allowed to RSVP for a maximum of six people. However, I spoke with the manager and they worked with me. One thing I love a business is when they accommodate you. And they let you know they want your business and that was a plus plus for Cheesecake. The service was great! We had smiley-friendly servers and the food came right away. Of course the Cheesecake is always a hit for me (in my opinion). However, I feel the size has gotten smaller. But it was still delish!!! I’m not going to talk about what we ordered because there’s too many, but what I will mention is that they’ve updated their menu with vegan options. And there are some items in the menu, that they can make changes to ingredients to make vegan! Love that! Special Thank you to the manager and servers they were awesome!!!

This was my first time ever at Cheesecake Factory!!! It was exactly how I imagined. We visited twice in the same trip because it’s conveniently in Macy’s at Union Square and open late. We got lucky both times and didn’t have to wait too long. I got the Pasta Da Vinci twice because it was delicious, lunch portion size was ideal. The Chicken Madeira was delicious too. We tried the flatbread and salad lunch special - the flatbread was not worth it but Caesar salad (extra $) was as expected. Crab cake balls were hot and really tasty! We tried the original cheesecake and wow, it did melt in my mouth. The Tropical Ginger Cooler and Passion Mint Fizz were both thirst-quenching, but ginger cooler was definitely better. Service was also friendly. At the bar, our bartender said she was in training and she was awesome, it was very busy (forgot her name but hope she passed!). The lady training her was very encouraging but we noticed she was wearing the same gloves to check her phone, and also eating (berries?) while making drinks. We just thought it was odd because we worried about cleanliness. It was clean inside for how busy it was (ex. 40 min wait at 8:30pm on Monday!). If you sign up for their rewards, you can do online reso. I just need to see if we got points from our visits!

My first time in San Francisco and I was recommended to try this place by my partner. I was originally skeptical because it seems like a tourist trap but it was honestly one of the best meals of this trip. Service was super friendly and attentative. The food was just incredible. I had the shrimp and chicken gumbo which was one of the best I've ever tasted. The addition of a cream, while not traditional, is a game changer. The rest of the table were also raving about their Orange Chicken and Truffle Chicken. Finished off with the Cinnabon cheesecake and pineapple upside down cheesecake. 11/10

The place is amazing but the food is very average. Their pasta and chicken just didn't taste good. The egg rolls for appetizer was good. Location and atmosphere is great. The server we had was good, but host should do a better job managing crowds.

Every time I eat here I sit at the bar, since I'm working in SF I'm by myself. The bartender there, don't know his name but he's a tall gentleman from New Zealand. He's awesome. He does a great job taking care of everybody in a kind and attentive manner. They're not the speediest bar but they will take care of you and ensure you've got everything you need. The food is always so good. I have no idea how they pull it off. Their menu is HUGE. I don't understand how they can have so many delicious dishes and so consistently. I recently got the Spicy Ahi and the sliders and were so impressed with flavors, textures, temperatures. It was 10/10 delicious. Also their Low-licious cheesecake is half the calories and tastes exactly the same if not better than regular cheesecake. Only 500 calories vs 1000+ for every other type of cheesecake offered.

The Louisiana Chicken dish is always tasty. The lunch portion is so fulfilling. The dish has a kick to it, which I really enjoy.

Decided to go to Cheesecake Factory for dessert after dinner. Was surprised that the restaurant was crowded. We didn’t wait long and quickly ordered the burnt cheesecake. It was creamy yet light… absolutely loved it.

Good. But no exceptional. We tried the orange chicken, chicken almond salad sandwich with one almond, clam chowder (too much pepper, but ok). Weird loud country music. The cheesecake is the one to go. We tried the Godiva chocolate and yesss, that’s compensate for the mediocre food.

We had a light lunch here and a cheesecake.. yummy! Thank you for a service with a smile and finding a solution for our requests ) There was a short wait and it was quite crowded on a Saturday, quite noisy, but they found us a table next to the window. Lovely view over the Union Square as well.

A huge space on the 8th floor of Macy’s at Union Square Our server was amazing and attentive. Dishes were as typical cheesecake factory dishes- loved the spicy penne and truffle chicken and KFC. Finished off with original cheesecake which didn’t disappoint. Overall this was all you would expect from a Cheesecake Factory. We did end up waiting for 30 min on a Monday night which was surprising.
