I was here in July for a family vacation. It’s kind of hidden and in a rundown building but the food and customer service was amazing. I’m writing this review three months later so that should tell you something! The jalapeño bagel dog was fantastic and truly tickled my fancy. Super fresh and way tastier than anything I’ve had back home in the Midwest. If you’re in the area, definitely go and check it out!

Edit 9/21/22 Some girl below posted a picture recently and one star review because she thought it was closed. The picture she posted of the locked door had a sign on it that said 'OPEN, Please use other door" So because she is illiterate, her one star review caused Google to show business as temporarily closed which is inaccurate. For God's sake people learn to read before you post negative reviews. Best breakfast bagel sandwiches! and bagels in general... Super friendly and great coffee too.

A little different, but still very tasty. The bagels have an excellent bite with an easy tear away. Cream cheese is good but not quite thick enough. Still a great way to start the day. Staff was very friendly.

Great bagel-like treats! These are not NY bagels (go back to NYC, I'd you want those!) but well-made West coast bagels. The sandwiches are amazing and bagels are great... Highly recommend the sesame bagel with jalapeño schmear.

Passion fruit and mango bubble tea is just right 😋😋A zing of tartness and mild sweetness rolled into one. Drinks are easily customizable and ordering a breeze. This place is a hidden gem inside Embarcadero 4

Had the avocado and cheese with sesame seed bagel, loved it! The bagel was nice toasted, there were lots of veggies filled in. Overall, delighted experience!

Solid breakfast bagel, house coffee nice too and perfect amount of milk and sugar added by cashier. Got the egg with bacon on seeded bagel. The 2 posh bagels I have been to feel like a mom and pop operation which I like, not too commercial and genuine and happy staff.

I came here for the first time today with my colleagues, I had never heard of posh bagel before. Well that was the best bagel I’ve had in my life. First, it’s massive and will definitely fill you up. Second: the ingredients are all FRESH from the lettuce to the bean sprouts. 3rd, staff was very polite and friendly. I had the Mediterranean bagel. Simply delicious. I will come back next time I’m up in SF. Thank you.

Wooow things here are so cheap to be in San Francisco, and they're so good, I bought a old fashioned chocolate glazed donut and almost cried because it was so far from home, and that one, was the best donuts ever. My sister loved ther vegan donut with hummus and I was impressed it was so good too. Welcoming employees, they are really nice and have lot of options on their menu.

This place was great! Their bagels were chock full of cream cheese, and they were about half as expensive as our hotel next door. 10/10 would definitely recommend and we will be coming back

Always friendly staff with decent bagels and great Schmear. The team is friendly and very efficient in the morning. For a while when I came in every day during tax season; they'd remember my order. Cheaper than the castro location too - not that you'd come all the way downtown to save a few pennies.

They have Boba tea, which is hard to find. Sadly, they don't do enough volume of boba business, so the tapioca isn't very firm. Flavor selection is decent. Staff is friendly and fast.

Popped by here at around 12:45 PM just yesterday (Thursday). My friend, JQ, who also works in the city, and I have been friends since high school. Now as adults, we're partners in stuffing our faces. Last week she mentioned Posh Bagel and when I looked it up on Yelp, I noticed that there were quite a few locations. At first she suggested the one on Sutter and I was 100% behind it until I looked closely at the little main picture for this location at 4 Embarcadero. Is. That. BOBA?!!! Further investigation through the photos uploaded for this location confirmed that that was so. And that's why we ended up here yesterday. :) She got: Cinnamon Sugar Cronot (no filling) + Taro Boba Milk Tea I got: Chocolate Sugar Cronot (no filling) + Plain Boba Milk Tea The only other cronot I've ever had was from Paris Baguette, and from what I remember, it was way greasy. Posh's, on the other hand, was not! I'm a huge chocoholic, but even I have to admit that between the Cinnamon Sugar and the Chocolate, well, points go to Cinnamon Sugar. The chocolate was the kind you'd find on a regular donut. But this is a CROnot people! Yeah. It's fine on a donut, but the cronot has a different overall texture and the two... didn't mesh. JQ and I didn't have a problem placing our orders or finding a table. And even though the milk tea isn't anything spectacular, it'll definitely do when I have a craving and I don't want to walk all the way to Quickly. :)
