Loved the atmosphere as soon as I went in. Staff were very friendly but not overbearing. Food is relatively cheap given the location but the quality is great. I really hate cilantro but this is the first time I liked them (I forgot to ask them to take it off on my sandwich 😅). They even granted my request to put the sandwich halves into separate packs. Chai latte was done just how I like it, but there's a counter available for condiments.

Not only did I enjoy the exceptional food here at this charming little cafe, but each visit leaves me with a sense of fullness that goes beyond the palate—it's a place where the warmth of humanity, the feeling of care, and generous smiles abundantly fill the heart. Plus, sandwiches and latte are more than awesome with the prices being inexpensive :)

Fresh Brew Coffee is a small unassuming mom and pop cafe with great coffee, sandwiches and bagels. There are few tables and chairs but we were lucky enough to get seats outside by the sidewalk. Also witnessed a number of regulars speaking with shop staff/owners.

Come here pretty often for my breakfast and it's always a good time. The Vietnamese iced coffee is my go to and it never disappoints, great place to grab a quick snack.

Cute spot to grab a quick bite and coffee! The lady running the place was nice and got our food and drink out to us in no time. They do prefer cash so all credit cards have a small surcharge, which isn’t a major issue. We ate outside at one of the two small tables and got to enjoy a nice morning breeze while people watching. There’s very little seating so be prepared if you’re hoping for a spot to sit!

Seriously one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The bread from the bahn mi is super fresh, and the combination of toppings is just delicious. The smoothies here are great as well. I can only recommend going here.

Great service and a wonderful menu selection. I was very comfortable in this cozy quinta space. The employees were very helpful and made my experience the best one since I was in San Francisco. It's on a block lined with trees and no homeless people around to spoil your eating experience 😉. The service is amazing. You're giving a number after you pay and place your order. There's sitting outside and inside. It is small but cozy and the food is amazing. Price are inexpensive 😄😄😄. I love this place and recommend it if you're in the union district or willing to travel 🧳.

This has been one of my go-to places in the city for 6 years now. Need a quick inexpensive no-frills pick me up? Come here. Have and need to satisfy your craving for a banh mi? Come here. Need a basic egg and cheese croissant without contemplating starting an onlyfans account while eating because everything is so expensive? Not here! Come here. But especially for your banh mi fix? Def do come here. I like to get a Vietnamese iced-coffee to add to my endless supply of life regrets and anxiety dealing with my daughters toxic mother. So good! It's a great little mom & pop. Cute little family. Support local business!

We ate here almost every day during our recent trip to San Francisco. You can't beat the price and delicious sandwiches and coffee for breakfast. I tried 3 different sandwiches and they were all so tasty. My husband got a pork Vietnamese sandwich as well which was also very delicious! The owners are very nice as well. Thanks for making our breakfasts on our vacation wonderful!

This place was great. Very small and not too many tables to sit at but the food was delicious. very friendly staff. Got the turkey and veggie breakfast sandwich. Ingredients were fresh, took a few minutes to make it, but I'm happy to wait for fresh and delicious food. Vietnamese coffee was really good, nice kick in the morning to start your day. Highly recommend, inexpensive. They even let me order before they were officially open.
