A barista told me they close at 11:30 pm, now (upon my arrival at 11:10 pm). The times on gmaps need to be updated. San Fran is in desperate need of more late night coffee shops. UGH!

We had a party of 5 arrive at Starbucks / Mason St .. Teenagers who could not make up their minds .. This staff was extraordinary . Super patient .. efficient and kind. Of course.. our pastries and coffee were delicious , but it was the staff who compelled me to leave a review. Thank you Mason St. San Fran for such a loVely experience❤️
Wonderful branch! The store manager was such an amazing person! Super helpful. She absolutely made our day after a very bad experience we’ve had at Starbucks Macy’s with the shift manager. I could feel a great change in service.
Extremely busy location. They do a good job getting everyone in and out quickly so that's great. Just don't expect especially friendly service as they are under a ton of pressure. And definitely don't come to this spot to relax. :)
Helpful staff but very long wait times in the queue in the morning. Advertised on multiple signs they had Butterscotch Latte but in two instances I tried to order they were out. Refund was handled after I queued. Barrista offered to make me anything else instead.
This is by far the best Starbucks in the city. The people who work here are always so warm and friendly. Every time I enter, I am always greeted with a smile. Thank you for always making my day!
Small location but great location! It's easy to get to while staying at the Hilton Parc 55 hotel. Staff took a moment to take my order but the gentleman who served me my food item was pleasant.
Awesome place, great service... fast: essential to a confy drive through.... great smiling people indoors is fantastic... lots of great people coming in and out, close to a couple of public places makes it one of my favorite spots for coffee on the go.
Great service. Typically fairly quick but occasionally they get a little overwhelmed and things take longer. I like the location and the baristas are friendly.
I was here some years ago despite didn’t review it. It was a good experience and the coffee shop was also open till late. Near my hotel (Hilton Union Square) and easily reachable on foot. White hot chocolate was superb.
