This place is delicious! I can definitely recommend the poke bowls, onigiri, and karaage. The kiosk ordering is efficient and fast, the fact you don't even need to interact with the busy workers is a huge plus. They can focus on making the orders and you can rest assured your order was placed in the system and is now in a queue to be worked on. Very smart setup.
Huge volume of orders for takeaway, and you can really taste the reason why. The food is really tasty and the portions are great!

Really surprised by the taste and quality of the onigiris! They aren’t ur boring onigiris. The rice is unique and flavourful, and all of the fillings we tried were AMAZING. Snow crab and miso tuna were 👌 👌 👌

Good local takeout spot for lunch. Usually order for pickup and it’s always ready for the time indicated. It’s a small store, not really dine-in place so hence lower score for atmosphere. Still highly recommend though.
Came to Onigilly for a quick takeout lunch and got the rice bowl + salad and pretty flavorful veggie fillings. Didn't take too long at all. The sticky rice wasn't that great and there was quite a lot of it in this bowl. Got tamagoyaki on top of it which was alright. Overall, it was certainly tasty and plentiful, but for the price ($18 including the tamagoyaki side) I wouldn't come here every day.

The food is amazing. Customer service is excellent. I even though the menu is expanding, I always stick with my favorite items. My go to dishes are the soup and braised mushroom onigilly.
Visited this chain a few times during my trip to the Bay. Good range of onigiri to choose from. Loved the snow crab and spicy shrimp.
Meal was prepped quick. Food was delicious. Portion size was perfect. Employees were nice. 100% would recommend this place.
Onigiri was good, as expected. The miso tuna onigiri was great, but the salmon was a little fishy and not as wowing. They are made on the spot and for the price definitely a steal. Takeout only

This is a take-out only place. Food options are excellent. Easy to order online via their own website. My go to is the Poke Bowls.
I’ve gotten delivery from here a few times now since shelter in place started and it’s always great. Unagi and tuna mayo are the two best flavor choices in my opinion. I love that the set comes with karaage, edamame, Japanese pickles, and tamagoyaki—very traditional side dishes of Japan! The food travels well and it’s delicious. I hope they are able to re-open more of their locations soon.
