One of my favorite Mexican spots in San Francisco. All of the details are just done better from the chicken mole to the enchilada sauce, everything is bursting with flavor. It’s in a beautiful spot as well. Only downside is that it’s not open late :)
Authentic, amazing Mexican food. I got the enchiladas, and would have them again every week. They have a good variety of dishes, all homemade, and you can take plenty of different sauces to go. A new favorite for me in San Francisco.

I've been coming to this place for quite some time and it's always been a decent burrito. Over the years, the burrito has evolved from an El Balazo imitation to its own brand. The food is fresh but expensive.

I've only tried the tacos at the back grill, never ordered at the front bar where the long line forms. The carnitas and chorizo tacos here are flavorful and delicious when it comes sizzling off the grill. Even without a line, the back grill still takes a while. Be prepared for a 15-20 minute wait. C
