Not the cleanest but you can watch your food being made by short order cook. Been going there for over 30 years. Same owners. They help out seniors in neighborhood with food until Social Security checks arrive to pay. Staff remembers you...a locals only place. Not for tourists unless you want to experience the real SF.
Stephanie is super kind. Spaghetti was awesome. Beef tips were fantastic.
