Wines are the stars of the place. If you're looking for something heavier (other than cheese plate or charcuterie) this is not the place. Having said that they do have empanadas which are also good.

I've never had a bad glass of wine here. Truly. To be truly truthful, ice always had pretty damn spectacular glasses of wine here. The vibe is good and the patrons feel like family always. A glass of wine and thou ... Whoever thou is.:).

It's my go-to place. They do a great job picking good, interesting and reasonably priced wine. The ambiance is great too; like someone's living room.

A quiet place to drink wine and to learn about wine. There's often something new and surprising to try.

We’ve come here about a dozen times after seeing a movie at nearby West Portal Theater. The ambience is perfect for a low-key but fun and romantic drink from a great, idiosyncratic and affordable wine list. The flight of three reds is our go to drink, usually accompanied by the delicious cheese plate, sometimes the charcuterie plate, and if we missed dinner, maybe an empanada. The service is always top notch, friendly and fun. Highly recommended!

A conversation-friendly Wine Bar. I can't say I'm the most knowledgeable wine bar expert around, but I enjoyed this place.

The wine list is deep (not inexpensive) and seems balanced.

The little dishes on the food menu are just right for tasting the wine, though not a breathtaking spectrum. The olives and smoked meat plates we had were quite good as they complemented the wine, but it was not prepared as enough food to become full.

Service is kind, unrushed, polite. Decor is dignified and relaxed, appropriate for the wine bar atmosphere.

This is a very cool place for a conversation (maybe the best in the West Portal neighborhood; ambient sound is decent and acoustics good enough.

I'll gladly go back.

We love it here. Great place to start the night. Have a glass of wine that’s always good and pick a few cheeses that rotate and are almost always different. The couple that run it are great hosts and are very welcoming

This is our go-to bar in the neighborhood, which takes us past several places including another dedicated wine bar. Great selection and values. Bar food is always paired nicely with their wine, and you can get recommendations on anything. They also have a reasonably priced wine club.

Adorable! Attentive and knowledgeable staff that aren't overbearing. Fun selection of varietals, many from boutique producers. Definitely get the truffles to go with that last glass of red.

So this place is adorable, and so quaint! Happened here on a Tuesday night, and was pleased to discover they’re open until 10pm. The place has a small bar, four small seating tables, and a soft seating area with a mini fireplace. Ah-dor-a-ble. We got a flight of reds, a full glass of another red, and a cheese plate. Fast service (I mean it’s wine, of course), and friendly staff. Will definitely be back.
