Really delicious food and a lot of options. Tried the chicken Yakitori and spicy chicken, and they were great! The service and staff were very nice and there wasn't a long wait time for the food to arrive. The tables are pretty close by and can be cramped if you want to have a private chat. Will come back to try more dishes!!

The food was good. This place is very small and very popular. I went for lunch and it was full. A lot of tables and very little space to walk. The service is very fast. Once you order, the food is ready in just a few minutes. The portions are big. I highly recommend this place

Visited Cha Cha for an early dinner and arrived while they were still serving from the lunch menu. I tried the sashimi lunch which was served with miso soup and a house salad. Everything was fresh and delicious. Service was very quick and courteous. May become one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.

Best place to get sushi in San Jose. Big selections of rolls some small and others huge. I'm an unlimited sushi type of person so I usually go with the huge rolls here and 2 of those are good enough to fill me up. Rolls around priced at more or less $20 and worth it for the amount of sushi you get.

I've been to Cha Cha many times before. It's one of the best sushi restaurants in the area. It is solid quality. That is why it is typically very busy. It typically has a waitlist to get seated. Sometimes they turn off online ordering because they are so busy. We were able to dine in without a wait on Monday at lunch. The food was excellent. We all got lunch specials. My lunch special was chicken katsu and tempura roll. The lunch specials come with miso soup, salad, and white rice. The chicken katsu was tender and crispy. It hit the spot. The tempura roll was bigger than I thought it would be! We also ordered a roll, Crab Meets Crab. It's a deep fried California roll with spicy crab on top. I would order it again. The service was also good. They brought us hot tea and came to our table multiple times to refill. They are very attentive. The food was also pretty quick to come out. One thing I like about their menu is that they show a photo of each roll AND mark which rolls are raw, fried, baked, spicy, and veggie. That is a great way of scanning the menu. Overall, I highly recommend Cha Cha!

I’m a big fan of Cha Cha. They’ve changed hands maybe 3 times over the past 12 years I think. But the food is still great. Unfortunately they seemed to have raised their prices this last visit. Had the Cha Cha Salad which was surprisingly good. Think if larger chunks of fish sort of like salad poke. Dragon roll never disappoints. Hamachi Kama because we also like something cooked from time to time. Update March 2023: Best sushi in the area IMO. Seriously. Rolls are amazing. Sashimi and nigiri have large pieces of fish of great quality, miso is tastier than most. They are super busy for dinner most of the time. Great menu. Lots of parking. Love it here.

We just arrived at 5pm for dinner and already the tables were packed. So we sat in front of the chefs at the counter. We ordered special rolls: Hot Like Fire and Ichiban. Both were quite good and fresh. You can order transitional sushi a la carte and also sushi and sashimi platters if you like old school sushi. It looks like most folks order the creative special rolls over the other items. Chefs at the counters are very fast and friendly guys. I would come early as they will be wait if you come at peak times.

Cha Cha is a nice spot! Line is out the door but you're in and out in a fair amount of time. They deliver quality sushi with fast and friendly service. Some of their rolls are insanely massive. Bang for your buck! I've been more than once and there's time where the fish hasn't been as fresh as others. Still a great place to hit if you're in the sushi mood.

My boyfriend and I have been here twice. All the rolls we’ve had are so DELICIOUS and the portions are great!! Our favorites are Jordan and Little Jenny. We’ve had Highway 87, Chacha and Lion king.
