HITPOT and KBBQ?! BRUH THIS PLACE BE HELLA �� AT NIGHT! THAT HOTPOT AND KBBQ COMBO BE LIKE PB&J!

so I’m at the end of like a 18 hour day right now I was able to sneak in right before they closed. The host and hostess were incredibly understanding and friendly. They found me a table, got me started and I had incredible food in my belly within about five minutes. I couldn’t have asked for a better service, better quality food, or a faster food to table experience! If this place ain’t franchised yet, it should be! Thank you for awesome experience!

Good selection of protein for a fair price of $22 for lunch with additional $5 per person for hotpot Staff are also friendly and helpful 👍

Amazing BBQ experience at an amazing price! Their pricing simply doesn't justify the great BBQ/Hot Pot all-you-can-eat options they provide. While there's a slightly long wait typically, they do act super fast to keep things moving. The meat and appetizer choices are really good, and so is their quality and quantity! Plus the staff comes to check every now and then if your boiler needs to replaced to ensure you're getting burn free food🙂. Definitely recommend!

WOW I truly enjoyed eating here! Super happy I was invited to celebrate my friend’s birthday Dinner at this Q Pot Korean BBQ & HotPot! Since I am such a huge fan of Korean bbq and Hot pots, this was absolutely wonderful!!! From the Fresh Flavorful Broth, to plenty of healthy Ingredients, Herbs, Vegetables, Fresh Seafood, plenty of Meat, Lamb, and definitely the Spices and the delightful Sauce bar! Just absolutely delicious! My favorites are all those lamb, Octopus, ribs, fish ball with roes, quail eggs, clams, white mushrooms, Prawns, and plenty of greens! Hhmmmmm😋❤️😍

It was our first time here and it was the bomb! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotpot and Korean bbq got really great tasting flavors. Price was very decent and was worth it. The quality of meats and seafood was superb.

It was a great experience. There is no online reservation, so we had to get there and get our place in the waiting line. They said about 100 mins but called us in 25 minutes. The food was great. It’s a must try experience.

RESTROOMS: 4/5 SERVICE: 5/5 FOOD: 4/5 EFFECIENCY: 5/5 COST/BENEFIT: 4/5 The RESTROOM was not perfect but not bad either. There was not paper towels or tissue lying around. No obvious water stains on the sink (which would show lack of cleaning) or dried stains near the urinals. The electronic hand dryer is very effective and reduces over all waste. Only concern is that an inward swinging door can swipe you if you aren't leaning to the left. The SERVICE is definitely where this restaurant shines. The minute you walk in you'll notice a convenient tablet where you can register for the wait list. There are at least two workers monitoring the flow and calling out names. Our server was very fast and I mean fast with every thing we ordered. She made sure to refill our drinks without even us asking. The server explained out to order and would come by from time to time to ask if we needed our grill changed. It was never an issue if we asked passerby server for help (this is a huge problem at chain restaurants). We have been to a lot of Korean restaurants and the very best tend to be in Koreatown but this restaurant is really the best for Korean FOOD in the south bay / silicon Valley region. Everything was very flavorful. No unnecessary fat. There was even a self serve sauce bar. Honestly no complaints at all with the food. EFFICIENCY... this place was the very best in efficient use of space, staff, technology and teamwork. The restaurant was huge and there were no empty seats but even then we never felt cramped. The host had all the Korean side dishes prepped and saran wrapped at the front counter ready to be brought to the table. There was very little if any wait for any additional orders. The staff seemed very good at communicating and showed teamwork at all times. No one was slow walking. Everyone had a purpose. The cost of about $30/person for the BBQ dinner is an exceptional value and the benefits far exceeded any cost as we had six total meat dishes including cheese corn. We left full but not uncomfortable. We felt that we got more than our money's worth. The last point I want to make is on morale. Something no one really talks about. From a customer perspective, the morale appeared high. I saw server's helping each other, smiling, talking. I saw two servers bump each other and play it off as if they were friends. Everyone worked like they were in it together. Yes. We will come again. Yes there is a 60 minute wait. It's worth it.

UPDATE: Came back for group dinner of 7ppl on a Friday night, the food was amazinnngggg. We did Korean bbq and hot pot. The Taiwanese spicy soup is fantastic! Tom yum was good too if you can’t handle the spicy soup. It burns… The meat was fresher during dinner than lunch. Pork belly and beef bulgogi are amazing! I would come back during dinner ONLY. As the lunch experience was terrible! We got the Soju tower which was $50, it lasted for 8 rounds of shots for 7 ppl! $30/person for a terrible Friday lunch… beef bulgogi was full of fat… meat tastes old compared to GEN… not marinated enough… steak was thick and tastes like leftover… sauce bar was messy… the seats are cramp and can only fit Asian size people… shrimp came in 3 piece per order… lol Why is this place so high ratings..? I’ve been spoiled by GEN wonderful and fresh meat… Never coming back.

Went with my family and got BBQ and hot pot. I wish they had instructions for novices for how long to cook things. The food itself was great, we just needed some guidance to make sure everything was cooked to be safe to consume. At one point they did bring us the wrong meat, and did not give us our actual order (we assume a mix up between us and another table). Regardless, it was overall very good!
