Hands down best Stromboli ever!! Sat in 3hours of traffic from Monterey CA just to pick up dinner and drive back to Hollister CA.
I’ve been going there for the past 20+ years
You want to know what I like about this pizza place? let me tell you.... it's Old World style pizza. None of that conveyor belt stuff that an inexperienced kid can throw on one end and fish out of the other and slice it up and call it done. These guys got the real Pizza Oven, the old style type with a door on it, and they use a poke an a peel. They poke the cheese bubbles and take the peel to lift it up see if it's done. True Pie Masters....now that's Pizza! It's really, really good pizza and the prices are super cheap, how could you go wrong? I miss the old Campbell location, that one was closer to me, but I still have the original to go to for a real Stromboli and for some really good pizza.
I've been eating that DiMaggio's for many years I am 62 years old I think I've been eating there since I was 20 something as always good food my favorite the Stromboli and I live 3 hours away from there I always bring uncooked ones home. I've never eaten anything else there but my friend try the spaghetti and meatballs. She said she liked it so everything was good until next time.
I loved it, my favorite place in SJ, its a must go if you are visiting the town... greetings from Guadalajara Mx.

Been coming here for about 4 years since I moved here from Chicago, one of the best spots for that American Italian food fix
Great quality at an amazing price! Friendly staff making delicious authentic pizza!
The food is always good here! When ever I get a chance I have to drop in and, get a bite to eat. Never disappointed yet. Been going for many years.
The food was good. It been awhile since been. Things never change.
Went there for the first time in 1998 the family is awesome and amazing. Everything is authentic and homemade. Excellent service always and a wonderful place to dine.
First time I've ever ate their Pizza I always order the Stromboli and I must say it was delicious, the cannoli is a churro on steroids its amazing.
Definitely my favorite place around to get pizza and meatballs.
Always delicious. The flavors haven’t changed in years and it’s magnificent. Family operated and super authentic. We split a large Stromboli and each had a salad n soda, and lunch was less than 40 bucks. I’ve been here several times and am glad it’s stayed open thru these years. No fuss, straight forward and delicious.
One of the best family owned Italian restaurants still left in the Bay Area, this place is known for their Stromboli which is hands down the best Stromboli you will ever have, or at least this year… the beer on tap is ice cold and they cook right in front of you, it’s very cool watching the family do their thing!
This family run restaurant has been here forever, and they still have the best Stromboli's I've ever had. The building is old, but the people are so nice running it, plus the great food, always makes it an enjoyable meal.
This place has excellent food, excellent service. The owners are very friendly. However, the area is not very good a lot of said a lot of pimps hanging around. If you're looking for food this is excellent pizza highly recommended

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tony Di Maggio's Pizza, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with warm and friendly customer service that made me feel right at home.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the pizza! I ordered a large combo pizza, and it exceeded all of my expectations. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside, yet soft and chewy on the inside, just the way I like it. The generous toppings of fresh vegetables, savory meats, and gooey cheese created a flavor explosion in every bite. It was evident that the ingredients were of high quality, and the pizza was crafted with care and expertise.
The ambiance of Tony Di Maggio's Pizza is another aspect that impressed me. While it's a small establishment, the cozy atmosphere adds to the charm and authenticity of the place. It truly feels like a classic pizzeria, and the lively conversations and mouthwatering aromas in the air create a vibrant and inviting environment.
When it comes to the prices, I found them to be quite reasonable and comparable to other pizza joints in the area. Considering the exceptional taste and quality of the food, I believe it offers great value for money. I left feeling satisfied both in terms of my taste buds and my wallet.
Overall, my experience at Tony Di Maggio's Pizza was nothing short of fantastic. The delicious pizza, friendly customer service, and cozy ambiance all contributed to a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you're in the mood for some top-notch pizza that won't break the bank. You won't be disappointed!
Nice customer service. Cannoli seems over priced for the size. I thought it would be bigger. It's the small dessert paper plate not the full size. Tiramisu was a bit on the frozen side and dense. I would recommend skipping it. Stromboli was good. A large will feed two adults. And their sauce was good. It's worth checking out. Enjoy!
The sauce is always on point my meat ball needs some spices garlic, salt, black pepper Tom and his family are the best I'm glad they still killing the stromboli no one in town makes stromboli like that the lasagna is fire too
There's not much more you can say other than DiMaggio's there's a slice of the East Coast that was dropped out of the sky unto South San Jose. I want to go for all things Italian.... The pie the Stromboli and the pasta.... Delicious
My boyfriend and I love this place! He’s been coming here for 20 years and introduced me to the Stromboli, which changed my life FOREVER. I dream of DiMaggio’s Stromboli. We go out to nice dinners for our birthdays and anniversary, but on Valentine’s Day, we’ll always be at DiMaggio’s for a large Stromboli- it’s tradition! It’s our 4th Valentines Day here and we brought our own champagne this time. :) Everything here is amazing, 1000000/10 would recommend!
PS- in case you haven’t gotten the memo, if you haven’t had DiMaggio’s Stromboli, you haven’t truly lived.
Among the best pizza joints in town. The real home run is the Stromboli. Love this place.
A Bay Area classic, started by Sicilian immigrant Tony, is famous for it's stromboli. They are made to order, do it might take a minutes to get it to you, but you won't regret it. There's other things on the menu, but honestly, why try anything else? This is authentic and has kept the family in business for over 40 years.
It's always good to support the ones that have been around since before you were born. Tony Do Maggio's is one of San Jose's best kept secrets. The stromboli is top notch. Great way to start the weekend.
My family friends and myself love the Stromboli here. Best Stromboli I’ve ever had. This place has been here a long time and is delicious. We got two large Stromboli and the cheese bread this time. Always consistant never disappoints.
I haven't had Tony Di Maggio's in years. Nevertheless, they didn't disappoint. The staff is fabulous and the stromboli is always phenomenal!
Best Stromboli I have ever had. Highly recommended. Medium sized stuffed me, but the large is well worth it to get.
Today, I went by to pick up a large Stromboli... only wished they would have let me eat it inside (that way, I could sit down and have it with a beer.)
Anyhow, it was still a great meal.
