Do not judge the place by its location or front door. Here you will definitely find friendly service, more food options (especially vegetarian) for the regular diners, and a homemade green sauce that will keep you coming back (bonus point: their biscuits). For lunch, I enjoyed the following: - Breakfast dish -two ranch eggs served with golden hash browns and biscuits - Short stack, two pancakes Go to enjoy breakfast, brunch, or lunch; you will not regret it. P.s. keep in mind that it is a small place, so surely, in peak hours, you will have to be patient and wait.

Steak and eggs with a side of biscuits and gravy. Very homey atmosphere, they are really busy. You can order to go

What a great small restaurant. The atmosphere is very good. There is plenty of parking. The service is very good too, it does get very crowded and the place is small. The food was very good and delicious. Service was excellent. Highly recommend this place for breakfast or brunch

The Bite of Wyoming has that classic diner feel with a bunch of extras that will have us coming back. It's located in a small strip mall in fairly tough neighborhood but once you step through the door (with the requisite burglar bars), you'll feel like you've been transported 1000 miles east. They serve breakfast all day including biscuits and gravy and hot coffee served in thick, unbreakable mugs. They feature buffalo patties and buffalo steaks ('all the taste of beef but half the calories'), real eggs (not those egg mixes you see most places) and every dish comes with a small plastic tumbler of really great green hot sauce. The decor is pure concrete blockhouse style with pictures of the plains, lots of farm implements and stuffed buffalo heads, plus a man-eating jackalope or two. Pickup trucks encouraged to park in the back. 10% discount for seniors. Extra dive points all round!

Not a fancy place, but the food and the service were very good. I'd definitely come back. Parking kinda sucks though.

Went there on a Saturday around lunch time. Just be on time before they have price increased at the Oct 1st. They are specialized in buffalo, which they offer buffalo steak and burger. The service there is fair. They seem like often having a lot of traffic in the restaurant as I see there is a sign saying "45 minute limit if there is line outside." but the day I went, there is no wait time for a table of 4. I ordered their Denver omelet, sourdough french toast, buffalo burger, and chicken fried steak. Their food is quite good, and one thing I want to point out is their chicken fried steak seems to me is ground chicken. Their onion ring tasted good too.

Amazing little restaurant with delicious food and friendly, hardworking staff. A friend told me about this place, and it was well worth making my way out. Homestyle food with lots of flavor and huge portions.

A great little restaurant with really good food. Rarely do I order the same thing twice in a row but the chorizo here is so good that I got it both times we went. Everyone in both parties I went with had only good things to say about their food. The service was helpful and friendly too. If I lived in the area, A Bite of Wyoming would be a go to spot for me!

The food is bomb, I'm not gunna lie.. but they get so busy that they are a little all over the place and not as attentive. The place was packed.. but that's because it's one of the best places to eat in town. I definitely recommend 👌

Best Denver omelet in San Jose!! Arrived around 9:30a on a Saturday and got a booth without a wait. Great service and food. In addition to the omelet, we also tried the country fried steak and their biscuits, which were so good.

Hyper local, hole in the wall, old school place, but it works. And the food is quality! Not greasy, perfect eggs, toast with the right amount of butter , and crispy bacon 🥓. I doubt it was cooked by someone from Wyoming , but it’s delicious either way. Keep it up!

I found this little gem on a random google search for restaurants near my doctor's office. It's a quiet and unassuming little building with surprisingly ample parking. The decor is sparse, but the menu was full of cute little rhymes and a good selection of all day breakfast items. The coffee was good, the food was a little bland (needed salt) but the eggs were great and the hash browns were crispy outside and soft in the middle. In other words, perfect. Hearty portions for thr price and my coffee was never cold. I'll visit again.

Came here around 10am, place look fairly busy. We were seated almost immediately. Staff was helpful and friendly. I ordered the chicken fried steak, the gravy was amazing. The dish in general was very good! Definitely coming back and recommending .
