We just went once again to this restaurant for a quick lunch. We ordered the House Eggrolls, the 5 salad sampler and Mushroom porridge. Food was pretty good! My mom and I really like this and the restaurant is really nice! Will def come back! We ordered pomelo and oyster mushroom salad combination, and sweet and sour hot pot, and coconut drink!
It’s by far the most beautiful place and exquisite vegetarian foods in San Jose. The whole management team just recently remodeled and revamped this whole restaurant. We always enjoy the food here.
First time here (during COVID-19) the food was amazing. Overwhelmingly extensive menu, but everything we got was really good, very fresh tasting, perfectly spiced, and flavorful. Service was good and they seemed to be doing a good job keeping things clean and safe for outdoor dining.

Ahh what can I say, great Vietnamese vegetarian place. From Lemon chicken pho to Shakan beef, salads, spring rolls. All excellent! Dinner time is peak time, but worth the wait. You have to make Golden Bamboo a favorite stop./ Oct 16, 2022 Open again after being closed for awhile.🙂
I love Vietnamese and this place is the best I’ve had. And also VEGETARIAN! We had the fresh coconut. YUM! The salad sampler was very yummy. For mains we had the vermicelli bowl and chicken mushroom clay pot. We enjoyed the food very much. Even though it’s a bit of a drive, we’ll definitely be back
