The staff were really fast and friendly. The cashier on the receipt named Isaac was very helpful to me today. I was trying to claim the “Boorito” deal but the app and online wasn’t working. He scanned my member QR code and went ahead and honored the deal. The app said it was supposed to start at 3 but this location isn’t starting the deal until 4 pm but again he honored it anyway which was very kind. The food is good and very proportionate. My only complaint were the chips were underdone so it was hard to chew.
Went to Chipotle on my own and bought a chicken burrito, which I took home and ate. It was delicious, as usual! However the service seemed a little slow. It took 10 or more minutes before the line moved up and I could place my order. The staff looked like they were working hard. Overall it was a very good experience.
Went to pickup Chipotle for dinner and the line was well out the door. They were out of asada but we were content with the other options. All the staff were quick, efficient, attentive and very kind.
Special shout out to Johanna who took excellent care of us and our order, going above and beyond for our little ones to ensure nothing was too spicy. She even made sure it was well packed so the littles could add the toppings etc as they please. We greatly appreciated her consideration and patience!
I love their guacamole and barbacoa is my favorite meat. Order ahead on the app works the best for me to get in and out quickly.
Finally, this Chipotle location has it together. For a few months, it was a mess.... computer down, everything out, short staffed. I'm glad today was a different case. Everything was available, fully staffed and food tasted great. Hope they keep it up. Everyone loves Chipotle, but not when they can't order what they want.👍
