We got some El Pollo Loco coupons in the mail and so came here to try it out, and it didn’t disappoint. We ordered their fire-grilled chicken pieces meal. The chicken was fairly moist, tender and tasty. We also tried their beef quesadilla which was also good. The coupons gave us a significant discount, and after we placed our order, we were given more coupons. We’ll for sure come back with them.
More than (6) choices to get great fast food. home depot and target and many other quality shopping adventures to be had in an 1/8 of a mile circle. A great quick stop for a busy inividual trying to round up meals for the whole family before the first pick gets cold
Plus most are service with no wait no fuss no muss back to the troops with treats for all.The target here has a great groceries dept and starbucks to keep your spirits up.speaking of spirits the liquor section will have all the treats for adult libations..Nice home decor section too.
Food at El Pollo Loco is fantastic always look forward to it Services great atmosphere not so great please be advised there is a homeless population around the area so most likely you will run into a panhandler the advise

I came right when they opened the restaurant at 10AM. I only waited 5 minutes for my whole chicken order. The toilet needed code to enter and didn't have paper.

Everything made fresh! Delicious! Fast and clean dining area inside. Loved the chicken tortilla soup! Loaded with chicken and veggies! Reasonably priced. Great value. Will definitely return!
The service was good & the food was flavorful & hot.
The chicken is so delicious!! There is a drive thru as well. It is on the side of Panda Express & curves around to the back. The rice was not to my liking, it lacked flavor. The salsa is good & the tacos carbona are very tasty. They are small and great for a little snack. You know during the times you need a little something to hold you over until your next meal.
The price is good especially for seniors with the discount. The thing that has changed the most is what the put in the product you order. They don't put enough sauces and cheap on the meat. When I go in now I use coupons which makes me pay less.
Mouth-watering food, as always. Place seems a little busy around lunch, bring your coupons (ask cashier).
Food is fresh, as always but the cashier knew nothing about the El Pollo Loco App. Didn't even bother to get someone else to assist. She just took care of the next customer.
What can I say? The food is excellent, and I've never had any bad service.
I haven’t been going to EPL for too long, but I was first won over by their remarkable salad. Oh, my gosh! It's the dressing! Whatever it is, is ABSOLUTELY perfect. I don't need a lot, but my mother liked her salad coated--but one serving portion (in the plastic cups) was perfect for both of us. And we enjoyed the salads so much, it took us a while to try other dishes. But I've since tried their chicken (this is SO good; I don't like fried chicken, so their rotisseried version is scrumptious), tamales, and various side dishes. I haven't tried anything that I've disliked. Even their Christmas hot chocolate was good!
