Came here for the meat and cheese board but they were no longer offering that up today (4p). Might be due to the festival. We ended up ordering the pastrami and roast beef. The roast beef was the winner for sure! The fresh pickles and melted cheese were bomb! The pastrami was good too but if you do not like horse radish do not order. I love it and you can taste it after you swallow. Fresh pickles are yummy!
Really good sandwiches here! You really can't miss on what they serve on the menu, if a sandwich is your craving. It's not just about the ingredients that go between the bread; this place pays extra attention to the toasting of the bread.
Great prices, fast and friendly service, and good food. I would highly recommend this place I'd you are looking for a sandwich shop. They also have very good lemonade.
I went to Toasted yesterday, hoping for the mushroom sandwich but they had run out. Sad days but it's a soft opening, so I totally get it. I ordered the Turkey Avocado sandwich (I don't usually eat much meat but wasn't feeling like a grilled cheese). The sandwich was delicious, one of the best I've had in a while. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, they've got a great team so far from what I can see.
So why 3 stars? The price. The sandwich was amazing but for $11 (or $14 with a 20% tip), I thought the sandwich would be huge. I mean they stack it up nicely but it's on a ciabatta roll so it's really something you can just eat in one sitting unless you've had a lot to eat that day. In a big college area, you'd hope the prices would be a little easier to chew (though I get its also a tech area). I don't think many of us students will be able to eat here, sadly!
Great quality sandwiches that exceeds expectations. My fiance ate the turkey avocado and he said it was the best turkey avocado he has ever had. They are known for their pastrami sandwiches, but the italian sub is my favorite. It's located in the SoFA Market, so it's a great place to hang out with friends after work or during the weekends. I will definitely be going back.
Wow. The Italian sub was great. The focaccia was toasted to perfection. The turkey avocado was also great. If you are looking for a sandwich don't pass this up.
