Good spot with a specialty in beef dishes. I had the "Stir Fry Beef Rice Macaroni", which is basically Penne Pasta with Beef on a sizzling plate. The seasoning on the pasta was light, while the beef was tender. It hit the spot.
Overall nice food quality at a decent price.
In A Nutshell:
-Ngoc Suong 2 is the best Vietnamese restaurant in San Jose b/c they serve way above average tasting food w/ a large menu.
-You can pretty much find all the main Vietnamese staples here.
-I really love their pho & especially their bun rieu, which is hard to find.
-Their bo luc lac is also very tasty.
-The prices are just a tad lower than what you'll find in most Vietnamese restaurants.
Overall, I recommend coming to eat here ordering to-go.
Best Bo ne in the town. I’d love to come back. They have many dishes from central Hue cuisine as well.
If you go, get the bo ne and banh xeo… it’s so worth it. It’s my grandma’s and I’s favorite spot. The banh xeo is so delicious, big, and crisp and the bo ne from here is something I long about on certain days !!

Mi Quang is delicious here. I've been looking for a good mi Quang for awhile. Bo ne was bomb. My family loved everything here. Well, almost everything. The banh beo mien trung was okay, but I think that's more of a preference thing. No like the Hue version better.
Great dishes - reasonable prices
Clean store. Good steak. Quick service. Side dishes are also very good. Somewhat small portions but to be expected from the dish.
The food was phenomenal. My kids so loved the meat grilled #2, they wanted to come back.
Shaking beef with tomato rice was really good.
