First time in the Bay Area seeing a Chinese restaurant serving these seal tea bags (Kong Fu Tea). These tea bags are 20x more expensive than the normal tea leaf bulk(~$0.2/lb) that we had been seeing in most restaurants over the past decade. In another dim sum place such as Pearl Tea, Fusion delight, and Koi, they never served tea bag like here. Even the holiday price for $1.50 per person that' still super cheap for me. I used to buy those Tea Bag on Amazon for $50 w/ 20bags.

Opening again, same English name as before, the Chinese name has been changed though. The Stir-Fry Beef and the Bitter Melon w/ Black Bean Sauce was good.

This place is recently reopened. The set up is much like the typical higher class tea house in China under new management ,and could be ownership. Dim Sums are good. 15% service charge is added in lunch time. And 18% will be in dinner time. Interior decorations are better then the original Oriental tea house.
