I thought all the traditional bobas (black tea with milk and boba) were the same until I tried their boba. I didn't modify the sugar level, but sweetness wasn't too overpowering. In fact, it was just the right amount. There was also something about their black tea that made the boba taste flavorful. We tried mango pomelo, and it was very tasty too. The only downside is the limited number of tables inside the tea house, but everything else was good.
Super cute tea house with a lot of varieties. The Taro fluff is like a cross between ice cream and shaved ice. The strawberry cheeze has whipped cream cheese on top, very refreshing, recommend getting it half sugar as it is on the sweet side.
You can't find a better Brown Sugar Boba Milk tea anywhere in California! We've been going here the last few years since it opened and brown sugar milk tea is my favorite. I order it at other places and my husband will ask me what I think and my answer everytime...."It's not a sweetie cup!" MY Husband has tried their other drinks and never has a complaint. They are friendly here, and don't waste a minute getting your order to you. But overall the flavor is sublime! Very very best!
Amazing boba! Very authentic flavors and options, unlike many boba stores I've tried. All of the classics without the extra stuff. Plus the shop sells authentic teas and tea sets, as well as small bites. Super great experience and good price. 10/10
I got a matcha milk tea and my husband got a mango slushie, both had boba (tapioca pearls). My husband really liked his drink, but I thought mine was mediocre compared to the boba and milk teas I've had in the past. The tea was so light in color and flavor I wonder about the quality and amount of matcha tea used. The tapioca was pretty soft yet chewy so I assume it was relatively fresh. There were jars of loose leaf tea as opposed to pumps of flavoring on the shelves so I think they were using real ingedients. I would try it again.

Great tea place, especially if you want boba. Boba is only 50 cents to add. They also put in a perfect amount of ice into the drink. What I enjoy is the fact that the tea is not too sweet. Overall, an amazing tea place.
My favorite place! The best tea in SLO served by the best people. I have been able to get to know the owners over the years of coming in and they are incredible. They know my drink order and my kids orders too!

Neat little boba and tea shop. In addition to their boba teas and shaved ice, they have a ton of loose leaf and bagged teas available for sale, along with teaware. I got an iced peach oolong, 50% sweetness, and it was perfect, no taste of artificial syrups like you get at a lot of other boba, and a great subtle oolong flavor. Liked it so much that I went back in to buy their peach oolong loose leaf to make at home. Highly recommend this spot!
Beautiful, clean, neat, interesting atmosphere. They have a lot to offer in the menu for a small shop. I would definitely recommend checking out this place and I'll most likely come back.
Impressive selection of teas, and not just of the milk tea variety. The freshly brewed hot teas were perfect for a chilly evening. Aside from offering a nice, comfortable place to relax and enjoy a drink, this tea house also sells all sorts of tea paraphernalia, from tea sets to loose leaf teas. Great spot in downtown SLO.

The drinks are so good that I had to go 2 days in a row and I may go back tomorrow. Yesterday green tea with strawberry and boba.... yum! Today black tea with mango and mango popping pearls.... OMG... SO delicious. My daughter got the taro milk tea with boba both days and loved it! The best customer service too! Good, reasonable prices! Best tea experience. Highly recommend!!!
The strong tea flavor sets this far above other boba options in SLO. A basic boba milk tea is very good here.
The place is nice, easy to get to and clean. The boba was a perfect consistency which is important. It a 4 star for SLO not for SoCal. My daughter and I finished the boba before the drink, which never happens anywhere else. My matcha tasted like cereal which wasn't bad but not matcha. Elouise's drink was good but it definitely wasn't lightly sweetened. But, to end on a positive note, they had almond milk which you don't always find and that's a must these days!
