It was super busy but our server was pretty good. Had to wait 30+ mins to get seated but once we were, food came fairly quick. There was def too much strawberry syrup on my pancakes but i didn't mind so much. Was able to substitute a couple of things. The fruit was surprisingly pretty sweet and fresh.
Our server was the ONLY person on staff handling the entire dining room and HE did it LIKE A BOSS kudos to you! (Sunday Oct 3 2021!) Food was also best I've had at an IHOP in YEARS, YALL made our day!
Came in the early morning hours and the staff was really friendly and patient. Unfortunately I know they are way over worked and under staffed. Could see it in their eyes and yet they still have great service and the food was really delicious. Don't go if you can't be patient with a skeleton crew doing what they can. But, the food and friendly service was great and will definitely be looking forward to coming back soon.
I went in today at around 5am and the hostess/waitress was basically by herself and handled taking our order, attending to other tables, and also putting together to go orders. She was so on top of everything and made our experience there a positive one! 10/10 service :)
I have eaten at I Hop many times but was very disappointed in the whole experience. We waited 40 min. for our food and after we finally got it we had to ask for silverware, butter,syrup, etc.
We ask to speak to the manager but he or she never came to our table. I will say the pancakes were good but the rest of food was cold.
Hope they can get things straightened out. So disappointed
