FAITH WAS AWESOME!!!
I do not usually write reviews, but from the experience I had last night, reminded me that there is FAITH in humanity. My family and I arrived last night to find that the store ran out of bread, Faith, the amazing employee that she is, had to stressfully deliver the bad news. We could tell she was a little nervous of the situation and probably had received backlash from prior customers; however, she maintained her composure and advised us it would be a few minutes before she would have any bread to prepare our meal. We advised her not to worry too much about it and we understood her situation. We waited no more than 5 minutes before she was preparing a sandwich for us. She was so kind, friendly, collective, and just overall an absolute pleasure to deal with. We wanted to take the time to acknowledge all her hard work because she has delivered amazing service for us in the past and we always leave with a smile because of her welcoming personality. A++++++++++++++. We will definitely keep coming here just because of her service alone. Thank you FAITH!!!! YOU ROCK!
The food was good. Better than Subway for sure.
Gave it 4 stars. Nowhere in Philadelphia will you get offered bell peppers on your cheese steak. Any company that tries to sell a Philly cheese steak with it is just pandering to Californians.
Always good. Was a little disappointed that they only had white bread, but it was late. The guy ended up giving me a coupon for a free sandwich.
Cameron was star! My 1st time ever at Jersey Mike's. Cameron walked me through Ordering of the original Italian and it was yummy. Next time I am going for a hot sandwich. You got a new customer. Thank you.
Excellent service and food is always good and as ordered.
They have the BEST sandwiches always get the juice (Mike's way) that makes the sandwich amazing. The staff is always friendly and efficient.
