I work right next to their store so I eat here all the time. The carnitas super burrito is amazing. I love Mexican food it’s my favorite food in the world, and this is one of the best taquerias in Marin.
Stopped here in the morning after a hike. Got their breakfast burrito which was absolutely delicious, as well as filling! Very friendly staff, too. I would definitely frequent this place if I lived in the area.
Great Mexican food. Good portion sizes. I recommend the torta Cubana and the plato de carne asada. Staff was friendly. Atmosphere was vibing with tv's and music.
This place has upped its game over the last couple years. Food quality has improved. Now this place is a real restaurant, not just a burrito joint. Sit down, get a menu, order.

If you are looking for ambiance and a cute little restaurant this is not it. If you are looking for great food at a great price with friendly service this is a great place to go. 5 stars.

This place is one of the better affordable Mexican restaurants. I never have to over pay to get good authentic Mexican food from El Palmar. The service was fast and the staff is very polite.
My intention was to have a nice meal for lunch. As I took my seat, I noticed the staff recognized that I was waiting for the menu, it was not very crowded, but after sitting for 10 minutes and watching the staff wait on 3 other patrons who showed up after me. I decided that they felt that I was not important enough to serve me. So I just left.
This was the greatest authentic taste of Mexican food. The waitress are so kind.
🌮 happy hour is aces! Their Chile Relleno 🇨🇱 top notch, and their meat 🍖 falls off the bone. Highly recommended. My favorite restaurant in San Rafael.
Resturant is hard to find. I have been eating here for many years. Posole and other soups are worth the drive. Today I had the fresh chile. Filled up on fresh, home cooked great food for less than a drive through at a fast food place.
Last time we were here I bought 5 people great dinners for about $60 and that included a generous tip.
