Came here for the first time for Sunday lunch and we enjoyed the food very much. The Boiled Fish with Hot Chili Oil was good. The fish had good texture and was "smooth". The Princess Chicken Wings was my favorite, very tasty and came out just like the picture. Honey Walnut Prawns were crispy and juicy. Overall, great experience.

Sad to see Pearl Garden go, but this new place is a solid gem. Visited twice in a week speaks for itself. The map tofu is legit spicy and very flavorful. The honey walnut shrimp is perfectly crispy and almost tempura like. The cold noodle is refreshing and addicting. But the star of the day is the sizzling platter of veggie... The umami is out of this world. We literally went back for that dish. The twice cooked pork is pretty good, just that the meat was a bit tough and the green onion was a bit overwhelming. The fried rice is acceptable, with the rice grains a bit too dry/hard for our taste. The only down side is how pricy the dishes are. Definitely 10 to 25 percent more expensive than Chinese food around the area, but the quality does make up for it. What doesn't make up for it is the $1.50 they do charge for the take out containers/bag.... Just a bit steep in my opinion on top of the already expensive prices. Overall we will be back, eager to try other dishes. But will save it for more special occasions as it can get to 30/40 per person easily if not careful.

This restaurant is definitely one of my go-to places for Asian food, the flavors are truly delicious. Everything I have tried has definitely hit the spot from all their vegetarian dishes to the twice-cooked pork, definitely will be back for a couple more rounds because I cannot get enough of this restaurant. I definitely recommend this place, for yourself and or bring friends cause you won't regret trying this restaurant.

Wanted to try out this new Szechuan restaurant and stopped by for a quick lunch. Service was great and the owner is very friendly. Food was great and authentic. Pricing wise, it's very reasonable as the portion was huge. This is a place that I would recommend to try if you're looking for a Szechuan cuisine.

Freshly remodeled is good for a casual Chinese restaurant, although a bit pricey but quality and taste are good. Steamed rice is great too.

Chinese food done to perfection! I came here three times in the past month and haven't had a dish that's not tasty. It will definitely be my one of my regular. So glad we have a great chineserestaurant in San Ramon.

This restaurant changed ownership in 2022-11 and then slightly renamed by appending "喜川". The new restaurant food and staff are excellent. The flavors are bold, spicy, and excellent. We greatly enjoyed their mapo tofu, pancake with beef, sliced beef with pickled vegetables broth, and their seasonal pea sprouts stir fried with garlic. There's so much of the menu we haven't tried yet, looking forward to returning here. We got their mapo tofu "less spicy" and I found it still have a serious spice level that burned so good. Take care what you order here if you don't tolerate spiciness or mala very well.

Surprisingly good. Our group of five Chinese friends rated this one of the best restaurants in the area, with all of our dishes being amazing. The place was super clean and service was great too. Recommend getting the cumin lamb, salt and pepper wings, twice cooked pork, chili fish, and eggplant in garlic sauce.

Ordered eggplant and cauliflower dishes. Both were absolutely delicious. Place was clean, staff was friendly, and food came fast. Definitely recommend for anyone craving real Szechuan in the area.

We were in town for business and tried this on recommendation from a local. The exploding pepper chicken and mongolian beef were amazing and SPICY - which was exactly what we were looking for! I'm definitely recommending this place to other co-workers traveling to the area.
