I tried shopping online for in store pickup and it went great! I can't believe I've been shopping in store this whole time even through Covid!!!!
At Target on Sand City you will find a huge selection of food, clothes, and some furniture. I specifically like the selection on baby items. They have cribs, baby car seats, diapers, clothes, and formula.
They also have a Starbucks inside the store. There is a lot of parking which is free. The people that work for target are so polite and helpful to everyone!
Rapid and accurate order completion. Some items like bread not available for pickup, so I ended up going in and checking out regardless.
I just bought two sets of men’s base layer, and the product fits my body well, they had an organized display that was easy to work with and I had the best customer service I have ever had at this store. Before I could never find anybody. But I search online here now, before I get too involved. I have bought inexpensive base layer clothing online for cheaper, but it never fit right and I feel sorry for whoever their anatomical model was. But Target surprised me, in and done in like eight minutes, I just wish I could remember the managers name who assisted me, she was very nice and professional.
This Target was pretty good today. The store was clean and the staff were really friendly. Many employees asked if they could help me find something, which I appreciated.
The TVs were off in electronics, which I found odd. I was looking forward to checking out the 4K Vizio TVs, but it wasn't a huge deal.
I did feel like there were a lot of items out of stock, especially the endcaps. I also tried to buy a cable, but luckily the cashier noticed the packaging was empty and the actual cable had been stolen. Unfortunately they didn't have anymore in the back. I appreciate her catching it though, I would've hated to have paid for an empty package!
I was also glad to see they had a few sweaters on sale even though it's summer. Monterrey summers are still sometimes chilly.
So overall pretty good. Just wish it was a little better stocked. Employees were great though!
Heaven was amazing! Helped with questions about price checking and products. She made it seemed like we've known each other. Really great personality!
I was greeted by a cheerful associate within a few minutes of my arrival and received my purchases without having to leave my car. Since I am disabled, this made shopping at Target possible; I do not want to go inside a store at this time.
This might sound odd or crazy...THANK YOU TARGET MONTEREY FOR NOT BEING BUSY WHEN I WENT SHOPPING HERE DURING THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY SEASON...why do I mention that. I pretty avoid at all cost going to any RETAIL STORE DURING THE CHRISTMAS SHOPPING SEASON...trust me, I know from experience having worked retail...WORKING AND SHOPPING DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON TENDS TO BE CHAOS.
Again, which is why I was pleasantly surprised and came here and it WAS NOT to busy during the holiday season. A rarity in retail.
