Love it! Definitely fine dining. I fell in love with the crab cakes! The salmon and elk were amazing and had so much flavor. The chocolate moose was good, but just a little sweet for my taste. The service was amazing as well.

We came to celebrate an anniversary, hoping for a special place for the special occasion. We were most certainly not disappointed! The tenderloin of beef was so amazing! I understand they grow their own greens for the salad. I kept thinking there was something special about the salad. The leaves were so tender and flavorful. There is a great ambiance at Tiburon, the food is spectacular, the service top-notch - definitely the right place to celebrate a special moment.

Absolutely perfect evening! Ambiance, food and service all on point. The bread and butter was absolutely delicious and just the right balance. We started with the crab cakes - perfect blend of crab and seasonings. A fresh salad of greens, candied pecans, apple slices, fontina and balsamic vinaigrette accompanied our meal, followed by a refreshing watermelon sorbet palate cleanser - both delightful. I ordered the salmon - perfectly cooked, every bite more scrumptious than the last. My husband ordered the tuna - amazing flavors with just a hint of a kick. To top it all off, we had their special lemon cake for dessert - light, citrusy and delectable. Taylor was our server and couldn’t have been more kind. Truly, one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. Thank you Tiburon staff for making this a most memorable birthday!

The restaurant has a great atmosphere and our server, Taylor, was very attentive. Every course was delicious from the bread and compound butter to the salad and balsamic dressing to the chicken and polenta. You can tell they use high quality ingredients, and I expected it to be more expensive. We shared the chicken dish which had a share price for an extra salad and vegetables and it was the perfect amount. So glad we found this restaurant.

Was my first time and loved it. Had ordered the Elk which is from a farm and it juicy and did not have any gamey taste. Comes with a house salad which was fresh and between the salad and the entrée they give you a sorbet to cleanse your palette. It's a cosy little place not too many seat so would recommend booking your table. I had not and for a party of two the wait was about 15-20 mins

One of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. Each dish comes out promptly one after another and only after you've finished the current one. Expect to receive; an appetizer, side salad, palate cleanser, entree, and a dessert. The side salad that comes with most entrees was surprisingly flavorful. I usually just poke around side salads but this I basically inhaled. The scallops were a great size and portion. They came out perfectly cooked which can be hard with scallops and the sauce was a great accompaniment. I found myself mopping up everything I could from the plate. The elk steak was delicious- cooked to perfection, it came out with a beautiful medium rare. Everything about it was perfect. The staff is so sweet and kind here. They seemed genuinely happy to have you there and were so attentive.

A fantastic fine dining restaurant in Utah. We had a party of 9 and they were super accommodating for us. Our waitress was very kind and helpful with our crazy order. We had the beef tenderloins and the elk, and i have to say the elk was so tender and flavorful i would totally recommend getting that! They also had a delicious house salad and pineapple sorbet to cleanse your pallet. finally for dessert we got the lemon butter cake and cheesecake, i would recommend the lemon cake it was 10/10. Very impressed with this restaurant.

Everything is always absolutely delicious! Atmosphere is warm and inviting, service is stellar and cocktails are spirited! Try the Jalapeño Cheedar Grits, they are magnificent!

A lot of my friends like to have their birthday parties at Tiburon. Many reasons , of course ! Plenty of delicious food , their beef tenderloin is my favorite. My friends also like the Elk dish as well. Staff & Servers are always kind & accommodating . Always on point ! Love the atmosphere & the outside dining area too. I like to bring my friends ( especially the out of state ones) to dine here because I know they will enjoy the food & service. I like to have that peace of mind because I know the staff of Tiburon will take care of us .

Had the pork starter which included some perfectly cooked pork and a delicious brie slice. I wasn't a fan of the caramelized onions but my wife was so maybe that's just me. House salad was delicious. The elk was amazing, perfectly cooked with awesome flavor! The sauces, mashed potatoes, and other veggies made excellent companions. The chocolate mousse was so light and tasty and melted in the mouth. Staff were professional and attentive. The restaurant is small but cutely decorated. Tables are close together but the atmosphere isn't bad. A special dinner for sure!
