Lovely Thai food place. The massaman curry, veggie curry, fried rice, and papaya salad are super good and the homemade coconut ice cream is to die for. Everything is made fresh and the staff are very friendly and attentive.
We have eaten here several times over the years. The food and service have been consistently quite good. The owners are retiring and will probably close the restaurant before June 2023. They are currently open Wed. - Sat. 5:00-9:00 takeout only. Enjoy this while it is available. There aren't many Thai restaurants left.
I wasn't as impressed by the other food I had here, but the spring rolls are AMAZING! I have very high standards for these because we had family friends from Laos that made them from scratch when I was a kid. I've never had any from a restaurant that compare before. This is the only place I've ever found ones that remind me of them. So good!
After waiting at another restaurant and not getting our order taken, we left and I called Thai Note for take out. They made a delicious Massaman Vegetable Curry. Great Place, Great prices, Great Food. Delicious!

Really tasty food and very nice people. We had Basil Chicken and the stir fried blackbean and both were super good. The coconut ice cream with cashews was very refreshing and had a great flavor. In the end it was a nice evening and we just give Jesus who is God all the glory.
I picked this restaurant for 4 of us for dinner based on other reviews. I was a bit concerned when we arrived at 6pm on a Friday to find we were the only ones there, but my concerns were put at ease when the food came out.
The 4 dishes that we ordered were served family style, so we could try them all. WOW, the reviewers were right! The food was amazingly good. Each dish had its own unique set of flavors making it hard to decide which we liked better.
HighNote is definitely going in my books as a superb place to take family & friends.
High note consistently dishes out good Thai food for a good price. It's never loud or overly busy, and the food comes out fast and tasty. My only gripe is how quiet it can be sometimes, in that there's no soft music or white noise to drown out other patrons talking. If you're in there with only 2-3 other tables, you can hear everything.
I use to have to travel to the West side for my favorite Thai food but I’m so glad I found HighNote Thai Cuisine. Owned and ran by a local couple.! I got the Chicken Green curry and was satisfied. It was such a light dinner but so fulfilling. The MANGO RICE is PERFECT! You sooo not be disappointed at all, it might just become you’re favorite new spot because it’s ours now.
Most amazing Thai food I have ever had at a restaurant! Amazing service! Such fresh food. The chicken and veggies were cooked perfectly! I really cannot say enough good things about this place!
I love this Thai food! We always get the Chicken Drunken Noodles, the Mango Sticky Rice, and the coconut Ice cream. My parents love it and get the curry and Pad Thai. The husband/wife team are so amazing, and have great customer service. GO TO THIS PLACE!
My wife and I were both quite impressed with Highnote Thai Cuisine. We ordered the Panang Curry with beef and Pad Thai with tofu. We both agreed it was the freshest Thai food we have found. The great flavor of the Pad Thai sauce wasn't very strong but it had a spicy kick. The curry was also well prepared although some of the vegetables could have been cooked a little longer to soften them up. Overall, my wife and I loved how fresh the food was. If you are looking for your typical Thai comfort food as my wife and I have become fond of with fried beef or tofu packed full of flavor, this is not the restaurant you are looking for. But for a delicious, healthy Thai you can feel great about even after eating, you have found the right place. We will be returning shortly!
This is a place I will definitely go again. If you decide to go, be aware that service is quite a bit slower than you might be expecting and that it is a small restaurant. I arrived shortly after five which was a good idea, since the place was packed by six. As I said, service was a little slower than im used to (I was there a little over an hour and a half all told from arriving to getting dinner to paying and leaving) but the food was incredible! Very good flavor, and everything cooked to perfection!
Best lemon coconut shrimp soup on the planet! Everything has such subtle flavors and it is all different! And the coconut ice cream for desert is amazing. So, yes, I take out of town visitors to the High Note every chance I can---for lunch or dinner. Love that place.
Visited for the first time tonight, and glad we did! Everything was delicious. I especially loved the sauce with the spring rolls. We both loved the mango sticky rice, and it's hard to find desserts that my husband and I can share!
It really is fresh delicious food. Had the chicken and sweet basil. Oh my goodness it was tasty. Perfect amount of spicy and flavor. Reasonably priced. The server was helpful and quick. I definitely will be coming back.
The coconut soup starter and Panang Curry is outstanding, as are all the dishes, but I like curry the most no matter where I go anyway. Potstickers are handmade dough and more baked than fried, not like the slippery noodle material at other places or from frozen. The ice cream is made at the restaurant, a family recipe I was told. It's all true, everything is made fresh every day. Other places might provide faster service but not the same quality. This is a place you go to not be in a rush with the hordes but rather to enjoy your meal and time with your friend/s, not that it really takes that long anyway in my opinion. Highly recommended, support local.
