You can’t go wrong with Baskin-Robbins. So many flavors to choose from. They always have monthly flavors too. They also give you samples of the flavors.
We stopped off for some ice cream treats after visiting Snowbird today. Milly had an almond waffle cone with snickers and pecan ice cream. Paula had a waffle cone with chocolate royale and strawberry cheese cake ice cream. I had a sugar cone with rocky road ice cream. Ben had a large cookies and cream milkshake. 10/10 all around! Kimmy was great and everything was delicious. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area. Thanks!

I wouldn’t say I’ve moved on, I just view it as enjoying the uniqueness of options, using an open door to have an experience with the Baskin, because it too, feels like it can offer up something you others can’t. In the end, you’re all giving me the same thing……clogged arteries.
Great location, friendly staff! All the employees were super helpful and just happy to help. I will definitely be back when some waffle cone action is needed.
We had a great experience at this Baskin Robbins location! They were quick to help us and let us sample a few different flavors. We were in and out pretty quickly. They have a large parking lot right in front so it is easy to find close parking.
Very good ice cream Fast service even when they are short staffed, But they are at least one of the best ice cream places in utah they are fast with there service and very polite and have good manners and know how to wait they always have the places very clean unless the mess just happened but you can't always have clean but for most of them having 2-3 people on the floor it is.
I would recommend going here instead of arctic circle they are a lot ruder and take over 10-15mims to get your food.
An American classic and tradition. With 31 flavors and a variety of cones and toppings, there's something for everyone. Take a pint home or pick up an ice cream cake for a special occasion. My favorites are chocolate with peanut butter and Baseball Nut which is a raspberry swirl with cashews. If you find this review helpful please help me by giving it a thumbs up.
This is a very nice ice cream place that feels more like a mom and pop shop than a large chain. They are friendly and courteous. They have social distancing policies in place. The staff is great and they get to know their regular customers. I show up and they immediately start working on my order. Which is the nutty coconut ice cream. You won't find a better ice cream than nutty coconut! It is definitely their best flavor.
Store was clean, the girls working there were very welcoming and friendly, the ice cream was great.
Don't bother with subzero down the street. Everything is subpar there. We had a terrible experience right before coming to Baskin Robbins. One high school employee at subzero was rude and they were out of multiple things including waffle cones, expensive and low quality dessert. Night and day difference with Baskin Robbins here.
I took my wife and daughter here tonight. I was greeted with a smile, and the employees attending me were patient as I chose my flavors. I was there up until about 5 minutes before closing, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Service gets 10/10 from me.
I chose the Chocolate Oreo, and the Strawberry Cheesecake. The Oreo one was absolutely delicious, and the Cheesecake was very good. I would say a fair amount of ice cream is given in relation to the price. Everything tasted great, however, the cone I was given was a bit stale. I’m not sure if it’s because nobody gets the regular cones, or they were just old, but one bite ripped off half the cone, and was a bit hard to chew. For this, I would give 9/10 stars for quality. Since this rating is out of 5, I think 5 stars adequately describes my experience.

The staff is all really friendly. This is a very family-friendly environment. Service is amazing! The food is excellent! They serve really good ice cream. And there are several different flavors, it is so hard to choose. I would definitely recommend, stopping by, if your in the area!
I brought my niece in here 3 minutes before close. We got shut down by another ice cream parlor up the street , so we were pretty sad, and preparing ourselves to be shut down again- but NO! They employees were so delightful. They were patient and let my niece taste a few flavors , and they didn't look annoyed at all that we were so late coming in..We appreciate it! I think this is the only Baskin Robbins in Salt Lake which I find weird. It was busy but the three guys working seemed to handle it well. Excellent ice cream flavors! Great options! We enjoyed it.
I love Baskin Robbins. They are always clean, and kind! I don’t think anyone can top their chocolate ice cream, or rainbow sherbet.
