My family and I where in Santa Barbara for vacation , and I was told that it was a must to stop at Lilly's for real Mexican tacos! ... We loved the tacos everything was really good , the tacos were well served the meat was super Clean like no fat at allthe salsas are amazing and they're grilled onion with their Serrano pepper are a must ... They're great, great customer service great food ! Clean Clean place !!
The best part of it is the completely empty plate. Truly, these these "are" the best tacos in the world! The Cabesa tacos are my personal favorite. They are so authentic; one bite takes me back to grandmas kitchen on Sunday morning. A Santa Barbara must try.
My go-to spot when I'm in SB. Simple menu. Quick service and unlimited toppings. The meat always taste fresh and craving for more.
We just found this place by chance while we were in Santa Barbara for the weekend. It's absolutely delicious!! And affordable too, only $1.80 per taco! We'll definitely be back!
Always good! If you're looking for Street tacos similar to what you'll find in Mexico, this is the place. 👍👍
Best of the best of the Best tacos 🌮
Excellent tacos and friendly staff. It was my first time. I had the Chix fajita tacos. They were super delicious!! Thx you. I'll be back!!
Great tacos!!! Fast service, don't let the line shy you away. They don't skimp on the meat and have a great verity of selection.
Consistently great, authentic, tacos.. simple menu. Always a line out the door because its good..
Line out the door. Didn't care. So worth it. Great tacos. Definitely coming back again.
The best taco's that we've had in Cali! Delicious!!
The best tacos in town ... Wish they open
One in Orcutt.
Best value in town for a tasty taco, they load the tacos here for less than $2.00 per, no chips, plenty of condiments, inside seating, fresh and quickly served.
We were in Santa Barbara from San Diego for the weekend and I Googled cheap eats. This was one of the highest rated places, with good reason. We grabbed a variety of tacos on their menu, 8 total plus two soft drinks and the total was right at $25. Absolutely incredible tacos. The salsa bars were delicious and plentiful and the street tacos loaded with protein. An absolute recommendation. The lines were out the door (Saturday night) but they moved the line with a great flow and pace so the wait was minimal.
If you are searching for street tacos in this awesome city, this should be your first stop. They are indeed cheap and beyond delicious.
ate at the store front. the vibe is relaxed and wasnt busy at the time, sat late afternoon. Ordered the 4 different tacos which seriously tasted good as or better than the ones at the mexican borders!
Wish this establishment had more stores. I NEED to come back to this gem. Mouth watering delicious with their sauce, meat, tortillas
Amazing tacos! Street taco size but loaded with meat. The salsas are delicious too. Definitely a go-to for a quick lunch while out and about.
Amazing traditional tacos. Order the labio tacos. We stumbled upon this place on a road trip and we’re so surprised. It made our list for sure. Very clean, friendly service, and quick.
I had four cabeza tacos with everything radishes, onion and cilantro, salsa verde, lime. Q u a l i t y tacos right here I regret that I didnt order more, and that I didnt order the grilled onion ($1 extra). the meat has the perfect texture and flavor!:) the salsa verde is spicy i would say mas o menos on a light to medium level i also noticed adobada is popular will try and update next time. Whether you take your order to go or eat at the location it is fun. The parking is packed though and I’ve never not had to wait in line but well worth the wait. They pack your onion/cilantro mix and salsas for you if its to go but you can also decorate your tacos yourself (for example getting a lime or two) polite employees could not have asked for a better taco experience! :D ps they take apple pay (there is a fee for ordering less than $5 but i cant imagine spending less than 5.
Great restaurant, literally some of the most inexpensive food you can get in Santa Barbara for the quality. Some random guy on the street yelled at me for I have no clue why but it honestly added to the experience. They have this thing called a taco too, never heard of it before and I just had to try it, so good and nummy!!!
Flavor was great though.. Steamed meats are the way to go I would say or make a note and ask them not to dry the meats so much.
