For a mall ramen shop, this place is fast and has lots of flavor. Our favorite is the tonkatsu bowl. Portion size is good, not too small. There's always a line during weekends and Friday evenings but during the weekday (lunch and dinner), it's π
π loved it.
I had chicken ramen(spicy) (chicken broth so was happy)
I love ramens πβ₯οΈ and i loved the ramen i had today. Broth was so good and the chicken was delicious and filling quantity
Cheap prices for huge portions of ramen, the taste of the food they make is delicious and I definitely recommend you try this in valley fair
Very good tonkotsu ramen. The broth is thick with intense flavor without being overly salty, and the noodles have the right chewy texture, perhaps slightly softer compared to similar places. The regular ramen was just the right portion size, and was served hot as it should be. I had a good experience overall and would recommend this place to other ramen fans.
Located on the second level in the food court, only ramen shop in the food court area (there is another ramen shop inside Nordstrom). A bit pricey with ramen starts at $9.95 for regular with green onions and bean sprouts. Add an egg at $1.50 or additional toppings at $0.50 each. The noodles are pretty chewy and broth is on a saltier side but flavorful. Typically the quality is decent but on this occasion our noodles sticked together and we under cooked. There is chicken broth with karage chicken or vegetables ramen.
