I use the Mcdonald's app like always. When I got there. Unfortunately, the app was not working for me to let them know which parking spot I was in. Which turned out good. Because I got to walk in and be greeted by everybody's smiling face. Awesome Team. Awesome Customer Service. Food was great. Family happy. Thank you at the Santa Fe location.
Literally the friendliest McDonald's I've ever been to. At the speaker, first window, and second window. Three different people w the same attitude. Y'all are doing something right here. Kudos! 1148am 6/13/23

This McDonald's in Santa Fe, TX, is by far the best of all the fast food restaurants in Galveston County!! I've never gone inside, always drive thru or curbside pickup, and everyone there is so incredibly nice! My food ALWAYS comes out hot and fresh and is still hot by the time I get home, which is 15 minutes away. I even messed up on my order once (via the app) and they came outside and basically straightened me out. Apparently I was a bit click happy and ordered 20 hamburgers and only needed 2 to go with my 2 fries. It just shows they care about people on so many levels. So if you're driving thru Santa Fe in hwy 6, drop on by and grab you some grub, snack, drink or whatever. Don't worry, they're super quick!
So thank you to all who work there and all that you do to make that location look good. Whatever the owner/manager is doing, keep up the good work and keep your employees happy cuz it's working!
Ok, I don't know if they are consistent or not because I was just passing through and don't stop at this location much. But I used their drive-thru just now for breakfast and I was in and out of that line in about 2 minutes with several cars ahead of me. Very efficient and fast. Whatever system they had going this morning was working great! My experience with most other McDonald's with a line just as long would take 10 times longer. Especially the Galveston location on 61st. They always take forever.
Probably the best McDonald's I've been to. Only thing I could complain about is that they close early. The staff is always friendly. It's always clean. And the food is always good.
Chicken nuggies and fried potatoes is all we like. You know like snakes and sparklers!
Ice cream machine always works here, it's amazing lol Staff is always friendly and works hard.

Great food always fresh!! They just forget orders alot
I went this morning and I go to this McDonald’s at least three times a week, and they forgot a biscuit and a hash brown I had to go to work so I tried calling them but the phone number on the website says it’s been disconnected so they need to update that I have my receipt but I can’t call them to let them know they forgot my order and bring my receipt because I can’t get in touch with them like I said the food is great when they get it right but they forget something almost always whether it’s food condiments or whatever other than that is a great McDonald’s
But please stop forgetting peoples orders. We pay our hard-working money for that and please put a valid phone number so we can reach y’all having a nonworking number on your website is very unprofessional. Thank you.
Finally used the McDonald's app and did curbside pickup. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was and how well it went. I saved a good bit of money through deals available only on the app and I didn't have to wait in line for my food. I simply drove up, parked, checked in on the app, and got my food shortly after. Less hectic and just a better experience overall.
I usually just do the drive through for an inexpensive breakfast. Being a senior citizen it is great to get a cup of coffee and a sausage McMuffin and drive out spending less than three dollars. The food is fresh, the coffee is good and the staff is friendly.
