I come here as often as I can. They have a decent selection for a small burger shop and everything is always fresh and cooked properly. Delicious food and a clean restaurant, not much else you can ask for.
Awesome burgers! Multiple choices of cheese and buns -- we like the sourdough bun. They also have real ice cream shakes. Friendly service.

This place is a diamond. Just strolling through this town on my way to california. Wanted to stop for some barbecue and search this place and found it on google.
Me and my wife stopped and we both ordered the tri-tip dip samiches. Oh my goodness! This is the best sandwich I have ever tasted. And that's before I even got to the au jus.
Machado's Burgers is a whole lot more than a burger. It is truly a culinary experience with what this guy does with tri-tip. So if you're anywhere near Santa Rosa and you're hungry seriously, you got to go! Tell him JT sent you!

Read GREAT reviews about the hamburgers here, so decided to try it out. DELICIOUS and so juicy. I asked the staff for a recommendation and tried the jack cheese, mushrooms fried onions and bacon….
Wonderful, service was outstanding.
Huge burger! Real ingredients. Compares to a nice sized home made burger. Super tasty crinkle fries and excellent milkshake. Old fashioned, good burger place where you can order from the outside. Fast friendly and has outdoor seating. Looked like there were a lot of regulars when I went around noon. I was impressed!
They have fry sauce and the burgers are great! It’s like an old school bellhop with lots of milkshake flavors!

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at Machados. It is newly named, with new owners and it was rumored to be much better then the establishment’s prior owners and menu.
First off the place is still adjusting so permanent signage has not arrived yet but there is indoor and outdoor seating which I really like! The lady that was in front of me and my buddy had a list of items on her phone it was apparently ordering lunch for her entire family. It was like eight burgers three chicken sandwiches sides etc. I thought we be waiting a while for our food but that is not what happened!
I ordered the bacon cheeseburger on a focaccia roll and their Piggy Tots. Tater tots topped with pulled pork, nacho cheese, chili etc.! I got the small order or tots.
The food arrived very quickly and was quite tasty. It came in disposable containers but the place has that side of the road place on those long road trips where you walk up to a window and order. Which by the way is how you do it here!! Very cool old school feeling!
Burger was cooked decently and the sauce on it was amazing!!! It was a was very very good sauce was one of the best I’ve had in a while and the focaccia bun really held everything together well. It did not fall apart like typical bread buns.
The Piggy Tots were just what I had hoped in they would be. Pulled pork over toasted tater tots with all the trimming! Nacho cheese, chili, beans, jalapeño slices etc. Tots were nice and crisp and the toppings were wonderful!
I will go back and I am looking forward to trying their tri-tip sandwich next!!
I've really been enjoying Machado's burgers, sandwiches, and everything else on their menu since they opened.
They recently opened for breakfast and I've had a breakfast sandwich, breakfast burrito, and their scrambles. As usual, everything is great. Now I don't go anywhere else for breakfast!

Just go.... It's worth it. Best hamburger I've had recently. Local family owned. Dusty and his wife are visible and working front and back of house. We've only tried the burgers so far but they are divine!!!
My family loves this place. We’re all cooks but when we’re feeling lazy, this is our go to burger 🍔 joint! They cook it the way you like it and add whatever you want. Good old honest American food, with a smile and attention to detail. I never feel ripped off when I pick up. I leave with a smile and after enjoying the food, IMA still smiling 😊
Under new ownership since I was last there, food was still fire. Had the tri-tip dip and it was delicious, the onion rings were on the burnt side. Overall it was money well spent.
Love the 'ol 50's car show diner vibe! Very clean, friendly staff, absolutely delicious food!
