Awesome food. Just opened. Loved the food and the atmosphere. Best place for ramen in Santa Rosa. Tom and team are very helpful and friendly. I will be back.
My wife and I have been fans of Takeshi Uchida since his days running a stand inside the now defunct Fresh market. His saga continues at Raku Ramen and Rolls in Montgomery Village. Fresh, clean, minimalist Japanese fare—ramen, rice bowls, some simple rolls and sides. Wash it down with an Asahi and proceed to love life. Props to the energetic, friendly staff as well.
It was our first time here, and it was great. My husband ordered the California rolls and loved them - they were made fresh with real crab. I had the cold noodle salad, which I highly recommend. It has so many delicious ingredients and is so refreshing. We'll definitely be back.
Nice Place to have Ramens,Sushi and rice bowl. They do serve Milk tea with boba.
Our fav ramen! I can taste the complex flavors of the broth—so delish, warm and nourishing! We keep returning especially on cold evenings. Only would love the addition of a few more veggies!
We love the concept of sushi and ramen. Our classic dish is the Roku Ramen but today we also tried the filet mignon special, the Roku sushi and the simple yet delicious Cali roll. Service excellent and always super clean
Raku is one of the unexpected finds in Santa Rosa's Montgomery Village. Rainy day + cold weather calls for a nice brothy soup, and ramen is the absolute best choice!
It's an order and pay first before getting seated type of situation. The overhead menu seemed overwhelming, but the ramen choices were very clear to see.
There's a self-serve water station along with the utensils and condiments. Take out containers are also available.
Didn't take long get served the food items while enjoying the street and lot view from the window bar seats.
The ramen itself was superb! Even though the presentation was very plain, the flavor of the tonkotsu broth was sublime, and the pork belly chashu was phenomenal! The ramen noodles definitely had the correct bounce and texture to it that would make all the slurping an experience.
Always enjoy with a kimchi on the side so it wouldn't ruin the ramen flavor. Also get that chicken karaage! They do it correctly!
Not sure if required, but it might be a bus your table after eating since there's a nook with collected serveware. No need to wipe the table though!
This place does proper ramen and deserves a regular visit!

Nice, cute, cozy place to have lunch. The dynamite sushi was the best; the rainbow and dragon rolls were delicious as well. The staff were friendly. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is that the Thai tea tasted burnt for some reason. I don't know if the Boba was burnt; it was also plain. Other than that, I would come back for more sushi.
The Raku Ramen dish with Chicken Karaage was good, except the broth could've used a bit more seasoning. The Hawaiian roll was good too. Not bad overall.
Very decent ramen here and they are open in that annoying time between lunch and dinner when many places are closed. I had the veggie miso ramen and it hit the spot on a cold rainy day.
Got in around 340pm, place was basically empty. I was instantly greeted as I walked in. I looked at the menu ahead of time, so i had a good idea of what I wanted. The rice bowl, sushi rolls, and the Ramen, all phenomenal!! Once you are done, there is an area for you to leave your dishes/trash. An exceptional spot!
Very good food and a calm atmosphere. Ordering is simple but feels more fast food than nice restaurant.
Ramen is relatively hard to find in this area, good Ramen especially, but i asked a friend who’s a fellow local foodie for his best suggestion and he sent me the link to this place, and frankly it’s great. Ramen is delicious, large portion, fair price, and delicious selection of different types of Ramen. Amazing, and I didn’t even need to drive to San Francisco for it. Even if this place is a little out of your way I’d definitely make the trip. I ordered my ramen to-go and it surpassed the quality i was expecting to-go. I had to put it in a mixing bowl because of the quantity of food they gave me. Summary? Great food, great price.
This is my first visit to Raku Ramen and I am happy to report that the food is amazing! I had the Japanese fried chicken bowl, the chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned. It came with kimchi which was a very tasty accompaniment. My wife had the spicy pork bowl, she is very picky about her ramen and was very happy with her food, a wonderful thing since I chose where we ate tonight. I highly recommend Raku Ramen and look for to eating here again very soon.
One of the best places to get some delicious Ramen bowels along with some fresh sushi! I've been to many Ramen places but this one feels like I've been transported to Japan. The Miso Ramen is my favorite but beware it is spicy for people who can't handle a little heat. Definitely coming back, the atmosphere, staff, and the ambience is amazing especially on a cold day its nice and warm indoors
Raku Ramen & Rolls is a culinary sanctuary where every visit feels like an expedition into a realm of unparalleled flavors and artistry. From the moment you step through the door and bask in the warm, amber-lit ambiance, you know you're in for a remarkable dining experience. Their menu is a symphony of choice, with dishes like the Miso Marvel, a bowl of ramen that redefines perfection, and the Dynamite Dragon Roll, a fusion masterpiece that dances on the palate. What sets Raku apart is their dedication to sourcing only the finest ingredients, creating dishes that are not just meals but works of culinary craftsmanship. It's a destination where tradition meets innovation, and every bite is a revelation.
Delicious!!! Great service. Had the shoyu ramen. Grilled chicken was fresh and broccoli was fresh and not over cooked mush. Noodles were extra yummy, they are egg noodles. Also had a gluten free option but not my thing. Highly recommend.
A more traditional take on ramen and broth as opposed to the highly ranked gaijin in Sebastopol. This place is modestly decorated and tightly packed. The ramen is delicious and the portions are huge. The spicy ramen is good but needs work in being spicy with flavor as opposed to just being fire in your mouth. Either way, I really enjoyed the food here. The salad was also good, beverages were good. Again, do not come during typical lunch or dinner time as it will be really uncomfortable inside this tiny place but the food is good.
