Absolutely LOVE this place!! The staff is awesome, professional and friendly. They always have a variety of different and new flavors to pick from. I recently got my first frozen yogurt cake and it was FABULOUS! Everyone loved it and I was able to get my granddaughter’s photo on the cake too �. I can’t say enough great things about Menchie’s in the Santa Rosa Marketplace. I highly recommend everyone to try them out!
Super Friendly owners! We didn't know it hadn't opened yet. Yesenia got down to read the sign on the door and owner invited us in for a tasting!! He was So nice and gave us a Free cup! Best Pecan Praline frozen yogurt! We Both Loved it!!! They will have Daily specials! I recommend this YUMMY new place to Everyone!

Menchie's is our favorite! We love that the flavors change all the times and the fun spoons! It's always clean and the employees are always nice and welcoming! I'm so happy that we have them so close to up!

Very good yogurt with tons of fresh toppings! The cookies and candy were not old and stale, like you see at some yogurt shops in town, they were stored in clear, clean containers, The Decour is bright and fun! We had a good experience!

The guy who is there in the evenings is great. He is always in good spirits and even if it is busy he keeps up on the boba. I love the tart and any flavor boba I love it. So good
Unbeatable courtesy and customer service! The only thing I love more than the Original Tart froyo and the endless choice of toppings are the proprietors and their crew. I have never left without a Smile on my face. This place knows how to treat their customers! My entire family loves you guys, keep up the great work.
My friends and I literally 😍LOVE😍 this frozen yogurt joint! We really enjoyed the fun environment and we really felt like we could be ourselves. We spent 50 dollars….. BUT we enjoyed every single little gulp and swallow and lick and chew. Thanks menchies!
First time coming to this place and my first opinion is that I love the design..it is very colorful and the flavors are delicious. The gentleman at the front was also friendly and told me about the rewards program they have which seems pretty cool and not mention they also sell birthday cakes???? My order was a blend between pineapple and mango which taste very well together and added strawberries, bananas, and some peanuts. Great combo! ❤️ Definitely will be back.
Great frozen yogurt, but the employee working was extremely rude.
EDIT: I got a response back in about 40 minutes after posting my review. While the situation wasn’t correct (I wear my mask, don’t worry) I really appreciate the fact they were able to respond quickly, and even leave a number for me to call to talk about said issue.

Unbelievably great experience! Highly recommend sampling from among the variety of scrumptious flavors, and then pick a waffle cup and enjoy creating your personalized yummi-ness. Fully enjoyed being welcomed immediately, informed of the selections and their locations, and encouraged to enjoy making my creation. The music brought back some special memories, and I cannot say enough about how kind, gracious, and caring the owners/employees are with everyone...The service is exemplary! Completely family friendly, with the added benefit of some stickers and 3D paper cars, and must mention the awesome array of balloons, and fantastic display of all the topping options. You won’t want to miss spending quality time at Menchies Santa Rosa! Thank you Menchies...
I love this place and their froyo! I had a bad experience with DoorDash tonight but after a phone call asking if we could pick it up, the person who runs the store said they would drive it out to us themselves! Wonderful people and service and I am happy to send my money here. Thank you guys!
I personally love this place, way more than yogurt time or any other yogurt place for that matter. Very kid-friendly. They always have cartoon designs on the cups and lots of places and toppings to choose from, good rewards system too!

They are open during the sonoma county evacuations for the Kincade Fire and they have been so welcoming and kind. Even let us charge our phones and stay as long as we needed after enjoying our fro yo (Pineapple dole whip is my fav!) Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! #sonomastrong
