The pizza is good, the staff is nice. It is a good take out place when you want a quick dinner.
Order here way too much. Really great value. And these guys are usually spot on with getting the order done on time. Very consistent.
I feel like this started happening a number of years ago. Maybe 2014 Domino's really started becoming a pretty good pizza place. Their tech is top notch pizzas great and for a great value. They make their dough from scratch. Cheers Domino's this one is for you!
Dominos is the best fast food pizza chain in the world, without a doubt. The service here is quick. My go to place in santa rosa when I'm craving pizza, and have time to wait.
Their pizza has always been delicious and affordable. And with the smartphone app, it's super convenient to customize one's order.
I don’t know about other Dominos, but this one’s yummy! I use them all the time, with rarely a problem, and if so, the mgr fixed it readily. I’d like an even bigger menu, more salads (and larger) and more desserts, but pretty happy with everything. Good price, service, delivery. And who doesn’t like a free pizza for ordering on line?! Very convenient.
Placed my order online, requested to pick up at store, if you sign up for text alerts you'll get messages about your order from time of placement, to cooking with the time expected for pick up. The pizzas were fresh, and very tasty!
Fast deliveries always. Delivery drivers are very courteous and appreciative of a decent tip. Toasty hot every time to go with their hand tossed crust, the best in my opinion especially for such a low price. I’m not a bot but I love how they operate especially with their app that makes is quick and easy to order/reorder.
Always have delicious, consistent pizza. Delivery is less than 30 min most of the time and always still nice and warm. (No that's not the case with all pizza places)

I’ve been enjoying being able to order from my local Dominos pizza! Their sandwiches are very good as our their salads! Only on occasion do I order pizzas but you’re still very good! And I appreciate using the tracker to see where they’re at and we are going to deliver it! I have a friend who remains at home because she is developmentally disabled and she also uses Domino’s and I appreciate the fact that she’s able to order from them and had to have a good meal!

Being a national chain restaurant breeds a certain level of comfortable mediocrity Domino's seems absolutely comfortable providing again and again, and again. And for $8 for a large 3-topping, I seem particularly comfortable receiving again and again, and yet again. Something about cheap comforts, at reasonable quality levels, served with zero hostility from staff, that produces a well-train sense of satisfaction and contentment by all concerned, that tonight can't be reproduced by other chains seeking to do the same. Well done, Domino's
And an equal, distinct 'Bravo!' to this fine location on Clayton Rd in Concord. Your diligence in not seeking to excel any further than the lofty goals of the Domino's Mission Statement outlined earlier in this review, is simply unequaled by other franchises in this area.
Possibly your level of commitment to these deliberatively-too- low-to-fail objectives were taken to taken to their wild extreme and eventual outcome tonight, and if so, rest assured it was at least noted by someone somewhere, and namely me, in Concord, California, with my lowered standards so-never- disappointed Glee, so tonight's pie required no particular celebratory Notion of Wow to offend nor report. That's all I wanted for my $8 + tax + gas so I could pick it up myself... smugly. Nothing else + nothing more = good times achieved by all.
Domino's has for sure stepped up the quality and taste, however this is to address the customer service. Outstanding. Arrived to get my pizza, (which I'm pretty sure I messed up online) got a plain cheese and was thoroughly bummed. Trying to talk to them to figure out what we could do and they just went ahead and made me what I wanted. Awesome, great manager Daniel.
Food was really good. What gave them 5 stars, tho, is the service. It was late. Lobby was closed. Only delivery available. So i ordered delivery to my car out front lol. Put the area 3 next to them as the delivery. Super nice employee called to verify and we Told them the situation. He brought us napkins & delivered w a smile. Most places these days would have canceled my order. Love this place.
Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this location again, as this is the second time I have ordered and the driver did not even offer to give me change, when I grossly overpaid for the order. In this instance, I gave the driver $40 for a $25.36 meal, and he didn't offer or ask about change. Sadly, I do not think that 2 medium pizzas and a 2-liter of soda that the driver initially forgot in his vehicle are worth $40. Needless to say, I'm always pleased with the food itself, but the service has always left something to be desired from this location.
EDIT: Several hours later, the driver returned the change and gave it to my roommate (I was absent at the time). Honestly I'm very impressed by the man's honesty and I greatly appreciated the gesture. I will be ordering from them in the future and hopefully request that driver and I can give him the extra money as a thank you for his honesty anyway.
