Delicious verra yummy sandwich I had the Philly cheese steak and a side of gourmet fries couldn't finish it all
I stop by here EVERTIME I'm come to Santa rosa. Hands down the best cheesesteak around. Great service, friendly, fast, clean and super delicious. The crew were super friendly and cooperated with my confusing and complicated order. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Easily the best food in the mall and as mentioned before best sandwich in town.
The Customer service was wonderful! The staff were very kind in making sure my sandwich was done to my liking!
When I’m in the mall, I always have to drop by for their bacon cheese fries and lemonade! My favorite subs are their Chicken California.
A friend actually ordered a Charley's Cheese steak. She loved it and it looked delicious. She also got the loaded fries..food was inhaled before I could take a picture lol. She gives 5 ⭐

You really can't go wrong with any choice you make. I've had the Philly cheese steak a few times since I've been back and I can't help that's its my delicious go to.
It's mall food but pretty darn good
I've been eating at Charley"s for seven years. I grew up near Philadelphia AND LOVE a good Philly cheese steak. While it" s not a "true Philly," it's as close as I can find here. I taught them how to make mine (grill the mushrooms and onions extra brown) and it's a close second. Bill, the owner KNOWS what he is doing and he's a good guy!
Always the best! They make it right in front of you and it is delicious. Can't wait for them to open again or find a spot that isn't in the mall. I only go to the mall for cheesesteak sandwich with cheese fries and and a Julius from next door!
Wow what a surprise this place is. Mouth watering cheesesteaks to die for at the mall food court. Who would have thought?
I still can't believe how great this place is and I go to the mall just to get one of these. They are habit forming, forgetaboutit!
