This is the slowest drive thru in East county. If ur ina hurry, go somewhere else.

Due to.covid and adaptation changes The Jack stepped up it's game. Faster service, and attention to details. No slacking here.

usually I never write reviews but this place is really worse first the food it's always cold when second thing they have really bad customer service even the manager he's really rude and all the other employees.

I don't know if this picture does justice but most beautiful milkshake ever from a jack in the box and the cashier Jacob has the best attitude and is extremely kind! He clearly takes pride in his job and it shows in his work!

Overnight shift blows. Always some excuse to not work. " Our machine is down the entire night" " We have no (insert ingredient here)" Or they just leave the open sign off and don't respond to you at all. Despite it not even being midnight yet. Hamburgers were way over cooked. The frys were cold and it took forever in the drive thru.
