If you are anywhere near Bee Ridge and Cattlemen Road please take the time and check out this Pandora but this is absolutely wonderful food great flavor the people are outstanding to get to know even if you're just sitting outside it is a great place to eat thank you Christine Schultz
I believe a manager was running the front on my last visit. I wish I knew his name. I even complimented him on his friendliness and manner. Since Covid, I believe they're running a shorter staff which means the attention to detail isn't what it could be. But the food quality doesn't seem to have suffered.

The service was good and the food was hot and fresh. The person behind the counter was really keeping things moving.
I stopped at this panera and spoke to Avi. He was so personable and knowledgeable. It is rare to find such great customer service from a young person. I will definitely be back to this Panera.
Food was OK but a bit pricey in my opinion. I tried the Blueberry Scone, which was dry as a bone. Reminded me of crumbly pressed sawdust. Food is prepared behind a counter and you pick it up when the beeper they give you lights up and vibrates. You fetch your own drink at a drink fountain service. So, there is no service per se unless you consider taking your order at the cash register a service.
Had their combo of Napa chicken sandwich & chicken wild rice, both really delish & what a great value. We love Panera Bread, especially this location 😊

Your morning staff are very pleasant this morning not to mention my order was correct. Customer service is a big deal to me right now I’ve been seeing a lot of companies Not being big on customer service anymore but your employees this morning enjoy what they are doing or should I say signed up for and are pleasant and cheerful! No one needs a damper in their day from bad customer service for no reason at all thank you so much for being so kind!
I went into Panera with my good friend Dane Tefertiller a few weeks ago. But i was starstruck by the girl who took my order. She was absolutely stunning and i could hardly get my order off because i kept stuttering my words. I would give you guys a review on the food but i couldn’t even eat because my only focus was on the girl. i might try and go back and shoot my shot with this Chick! 5 stars to panera for hiring such a stud. I’ll keep you guys updated on if i can maybe get her number!
The teriyaki chicken bowl was absolutely delicious! You should try it!
What a wonderful experience I had with this Panera! I placed a catering order online for 10 and it was wonderful. Had such a great variety of sandwiches and salads, lemonade and sweet tea, all exceeded my expectations. Many thanks to the staff there for delivering perfect box lunches.
