It was our first time ordering take out from here! Asaro’s on Bee Ridge was spotlessly clean. They had a great selection of pasta and pizza, desserts and much more. They also have a nice screened in outdoor area. The staff were very friendly. The pizza was delicious! The spaghetti and meatball size was quite generous. We will be back!
Penne Alla Vodka was very good, as was the pizza! Friendly service. Good variety.
Just came back from a very busy night at the carry out counter. The service at the tables was excellent, the food outstanding and especially hot despite how busy they were. My Dad is 93 and couldn’t have been happier with his veal marsala. The portions are huge and you even get a salad. Look forward to coming back very soon!!
Small, family-style feel. The food was great and the menu was extensive, if you don’t like pizza you will surely find something. Our waitress was very personable and made our experience even better. Will be returning!
Went here for the first time in a while... we enjoyed our food immensely.. new menu.. veal was great... tasty and tender.. only item is atmosphere.. small and in a strip mall ...
Being from NY, it’s really tough to find good pizza down here. With that being said I’ve been coming to Asaro’s for years! The best pizza I’ve found in the 941. Cooked perfectly, with incredible flavor. The order and pickup time is super quick as well. Staff is very friendly and great to chat with. Highly highly recommended!
Great family run Italian eatery! This is such a fantastic place to have in our neighborhood. I especially love their salads, but anything you get here is going to be delicious. The manager, and Maria are welcoming and will keep us coming back!!
I do not usually write reviews. The quality of pizza in Sarasota is very low...pizza chains and really bad independent pizza companies. I have not ever had a good pizza in Sarasota until I tasted Asaro. It was absolutely perfect, as good as you would have in a high end New York pizza restaurant, or Italy. Try it and I guarantee you will go back!
Just ate here tonight with some friends and it was amazing. The pizza was fabulous and tasted so similar to what I get in NY and it made me so happy!!! The dessert was insanely delicious and the service was top-notch too. I just loved it and we will be back soon!!!!! Thank youuuu!!!!!
We had an issue with the service and a small complaint about the food. The owner personally reached out to me and went above and beyond to make it right. I greatly appreciate and respect his efforts. We will return again.
I did take out of pasta and meatballs it was tye best I ever had in sarasota and I have tried many and the prices are fair . I got spagtti and meatballs they gave salad and bread all for 17$
We had a party of 9ppl for a surprise BD party on a Sunday & the entire team shifted into high gear to make sure we had the BEST experience for Mom's big day! Eric (Mgr) & awesome waitress were exceptional!! The food was well crafted (Margherita pizza) & arrived hot...everyone loved their entrees. Highly recommend & can't wait to return to try other tasty choices! Thank you again, Ma is still raving!!

If you are around Bee Ridge and Lorraine in Sarasota, and hongry for lunch, you can get Pub Subs or a slice of pie. I'd recommend the pie.
One of the best slices of cheese pizza I've had in the entire state of Florida. These guys know how to bake a pie just right so that when they heat up your slice when you order it it comes out of the oven perfect! Needless to say next time I'm anywhere near this joint, I'm getting a whole pie not just a slice.

Wow. Just wow. So happy to come across this gem. Truly authentic New York style pizza & has a load of Italian items on the menu that I can’t pronounce so that’s always a good sign!! Ordered take out & the pizza was still hot with airy/crispy crust when we got home. They just gained a new returning customer!!
