Incredibly kind service here! I spilled a coffee all over myself and our table, and they were so quick to help me and make me feel better about the whole situation. They got me a new coffee and all cleaned up. They are so fast here too! Highly recommend!
The Pumpkin Spice Latte was good, but the blood orange refresher, not so much. The refresher was very sour. Donuts are good as always!

It was time for a cup
Of coffee and I was nearing the Dunkin’ on Clark rd east of Honore and stopped in. The service was fast and friendly and the donuts were fresh and plentiful. The coffee was hot and delicious and I knew I had made a good stop.

They always make my coffee perfect, staff is friendly but the past 3 times i went here my rewards didn’t go thru even though they scanned my phone… it’s really frustrating when you don’t get points for the money you spend… $5.22 for a coffee and donut? Pretty ridiculous
Not much to review about a chain donut shop, really. Donuts, coffee, breakfast sandwiches, other drinks, muffins (with WAY too many calories).
The place is clean, the service a bit haphazard and not all that quick, honestly.
My only real complaint, however, is the apple fritters. They used to be instantly recognizable: big, fairly flat, lumpy things with nice pieces of apple on and in them. But someone, somewhere, for some stupid reason decided to mess with them. Now they are just an oddly shaped, filled donut. WHY? Why mess with decades of perfection? Probably just to save a few pennies.
The rest of the fried, frosted and filled are still as delicious as they always were. But skip the fritters, they ruined them.
I've been to this location a few times and I have always had great service. From early in the morning to late afternoon/evening. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating. Most recently the barista was very apologetic about running out of coconut milk with my mobile order and offered a shot of coconut to make up for it and it was a hit. Thank you Clark Road Dunkin' Donuts for your customer service. You are doing a great job.

I love Dunkin Donuts, but at this particular store, the donuts are hit & miss. ( not always fresh) My orders are messed up more often than not, and the drive up window , personnel are not always friendly or helpful. Sad to say, another hit & miss. I will go out of my way to patronize another Dunkin instead. I keep trying because it's close to my home. Poor management.

I'm iffy on Dunkin. I would say hit or miss. I normally go to the same location everytime and they always do a good job, but today I tried a different location and they charged me the full amount instead of using my loyalty points, and I was supposed to pay the full price. :/ What even is the purpose of that app if it doesn't work? :/
This is my spot. I love getting my frozen mocha coffee. They do get busy and yhe line takes a bit to get through but I'll wait for my coffee lol staff is nice. They already know who I am haha. I'm definitely gonna get some tomorrow and I'll update this post with a picture 📸
