Ordered the Thanksgiving dinner to go due to covid and just the wife and I for dining. A little apprehensive as the wife cooks turkey moist and tender, does her own stuffing from scratch and was trained by chefs when she was young. Have to say the dinner was superb and the turkey was fully cooked and extremely tender and moist. My wife said the stuffing was superb and she could not top it. Absolutely excellent Thanksgiving dinner and this place will definitely having me trying the Italian entrees on the menu in the future. THANK YOU for a GREAT Thanksgiving dinner.
A solid NY Italian restaurant in the heart of Saratoga Springs! I was visiting the Saratoga area recently from Florida, and I know one thing that I had to get while in town was authentic NY Italian food! Three Vines Bistro filled that need nicely with their tasty food, good sized portions and good service. My dining partner is vegitarian so she had the veggie "meet balls" and they were great! They are not imitation meet, but a blend of beans, spices and veggies. Great flavor and good consistency. I had the encrusted chicken which tasted very similar to a good chicken franchese. Sides were great and the bread was warm and yummy. Service was prompt and friendly! Can't wait to come back the next time I am in town!
We ordered take out because of covid and to be honest is was the BEST and most fresh take out we have had all quarantine! Nothing had that “delivery time” sogginess, the fried mozzarella was so fresh and the pizza was as crispy as If it had come right from the oven! We were very very pleased and satisfied with everything and will for sure order again many times!
Amazing food and great service! The pizza and meatballs are fantastic but they also have many classic Italian dishes to choose from. Great family atmosphere for any occasion or if you are just looking to hit a happy hour around town there's no place better!
Great selection of food, delicious meatballs that I would highly recommend. My only issue was not enough sauce on the eggplant pizza, other than that it was perfect. Great atmosphere, friendly service. Def come here.
We love coming here for Sunday dinner (or any night really)! Tastes just like grandma's. The food is very good, fresh, and great portions. The wait staff is helpful, courteous, and patient. We take our time to eat and chat and never felt rushed to leave. This is our go-to Italian restaurant in Saratoga! Highly recommend!
This place is a serious gem of Saratoga Springs! The pizza is my favorite locally, crispy, not greasy and just the right amount of sauce. I’d take friends here, dates here, family here. Everything I've ordered has been incredible, looking forward to going back.
