On our roadtrip back to the city, we so happened to serendipitously stumble upon Thorn + Roots and my entire group was overjoyed that we did! The staff are friendly and inviting, the ambiance was cute and aesthetically pleasing, the Moroccan powerbowl was filling, healthy, and delicious! If it wasn't so far from where I live I'd definitely go back again to try more of their menu!
Yum! Friendly staff, plenty of vegan options, good portion size, and modern interior design. Really enjoyed the classic açaí bowl and the avocado toast—portion was huge! Well worth the visit.
THORN + ROOTS is my go-to spot for the best avocado toast in Saratoga Springs. It doesn't matter where I travel or how may different avocado toasts I've tried, I ALWAYS come back for THIS avocado toast. And not because each one they create looks like a work of art - it is simply the best avocado toast I have ever had. The truth is, I love everything I've ever tried from THORN + ROOTS. Thank you!!!
Love this place especially the Moroccan Power bowl which I could eat literally everyday. Great avocado 🥑 toast and juices. Easy online order option makes things really easy. Parking can be a nightmare in this plaza, but obviously not the fault of this business.
Tried the 'MOROCCAN MAPLE POWER BOWL' and Acai Bowl. Both were very good. I asked for no agave syrup in either the base or the drizzle in top for the Acai Bowl and it was plenty sweet for me with the banana and granola and fruit. Would have loved more of the nut butter, and also the bowl was expensive at $13. The Moroccan bowl was more of a salad base than I was expecting, but was still satisfying, and slightly more reasonably priced.
My gf got the Asian power bowl which she also rly enjoyed. The broccoli and cauliflower in each bowl were delicious.
Would be great to see more fully vegan entre options on the menu in the future.

We were visiting the area and looking for this kind of restaurant after a walk in the park. Smoothies were delicious, healthy and the avacado toast was amazing. Good location, plenty of parking and prices were okay.
