The food was nice, but a little Bland. The waitress did offer to replace my steak but time wise it did not work.

We have family members who love this place (we did not) and we went along Thursday evening for dinner. We encountered Sage who literally knocked us over with her great and energetic service and smile. Everything was perfect and we had an incredibly good time - all because of the person we were lucky enough to encounter. We WILL be back and several times and hopefully will have the pleasure of your top-level server. Thank you for a great, fun, and relaxing evening!! Jay Ratliff

Had lunch with a friend at Texas Roadhouse in Savannah today. Chance was our Server. He was very attentive. I absolutely loved it. He took our drink and meal orders right away. Set us up with complimentary hot rolls and butter. The meals came out quickly. They were perfect. I can't help but say great things about Texas Roadhouse. They are doing things right.

I had a great experience here, initially the plan was to do take out but once I walked in and saw the hot rolls tempting me under the light I had to dine in. It was 8:35 and they closed at 9:30 but were still happy to take us. The hosts and servers were very nice, but the seats and table top was dirty. They were a bit busy so I just cleaned it myself. Our server was honestly, her only flaw was the lack of napkins. Order: Sweet Tea: PERFECT!! Rattlesnake Bites: Hot and pretty good 1/2 slab of ribs with a Cesar salad and loaded baked potato: the ribs were fall off the bone tender, meaty and had a nice flavor, the Cesar was just okay I should've got my dressing on the side and the baked potatoes was loaded. They cooked the steak perfectly and the shrimp, broccoli and rice were enjoyed. The ONLY downside of this visit was that my seating was ducked off in the corner (which I loved) so the fact that a homeless man walked inside around a couple of corners and approached the table asking for money really disturbed me. My heart dropped because I didn't see him coming and he came so close and talked so low. His smell ruined the whole meal for me so I literally didn't eat anything after the salad.

I had a friend in town for the weekend and we were out and about the city all day. We decided to order dinner online, take it home, and enjoy a movie while we had dinner. The online app was user friendly with the menu easy to motivate through and select the food items we had chosen. I received a message re: our order letting us know they would update us when the items were ready with instructions on how to pick up our dinners. By the time we arrived at Texas Roadhouse our meals were ready and the pick up process went seamlessly. All of our dinner items were delicious and cooked to our specifications. We will definitely go back to Texas Roadhouse.

My boss and colleagues went to the bar today for appetizers and happy hour drinks. I didn’t drink nor did I eat much, but the service was amazing. The bartender Lee was unlike any bartender I ever met. He was so authentically friendly, personable, and attentive. He talked to everyone on a first name basis. Anytime a customer left, he acknowledged them and wished them well on their way out. Every last customer. He assisted, took orders, and made drinks for people at the bar and even waited tables near the bar—by himself! Lee worked extremely well juggling multiple tasks independently. The manager was polite and funny as well. The atmosphere in this place was amazing. On the way out, staff wished us well. I’d def go back and try the food. I did have some fried pickles and rolls with the butter. Delicious! The service was exceptional and fast—what I ate was tasty. Highly recommend!
