Dairy case needed attention, grabbed guy filling end cap with bottled waters. He stopped what he was doing and returned with 2 options. Super nice, his name was Vendall I think.
The Bakery Did An Awsome Job On My Recovery Birthday Cake. Thanks Again!!
I made this review just to give a shout-out to Brandon, the closing self-checkout cashier tonight! Not only did he greet us, he pointed out an open register and cleared a basket the previous customer left. The register couldn't do cash at the time, so he made a point to say he could help us with cash payment if we needed it. Truly above and beyond effort in less than 30 seconds, we were very impressed! 😊
This is our regular grocery store. For the most part, it's well-stocked and has regular deals. The reason 1 star is missing because the ladies' room is out of shape and some of the other self-checkout cashiers don't pay much attention.

Love this Kroger, central location to downtown, always staffed with friendly folks, produce section is great, service at deli is fast ( and yes they have Boar's Head selections!).
Bike parking up front and they actually have bike tools near the bike parking area to use if you need them.
Would give 5 star except parking for cars is across a road that people speed thru.
Great store and the location makes it the best since it is the only real grocery store around. Upscale feel but regular prices. Good selection of just about anything you could want including a full deli and bakery. Don't hesitate!
I want to thank these two associates, she works in the Deli and she was so professional and the young man went out his way to make sure I could find something in the store. I really appreciate great customer service, keep up the great work!
My favorite grocery store in Savannah. No matter how busy the Deli is, they always greet you with a smile and are happy to help. Ethan in particular always goes above and beyond!
Prices a bit high but that is because of liberals not Kroegers. Great selection good store
We were visiting Savannah and needed a few items for a picnic. We found everything we were looking for and more. The store was clean, and the staff were friendly.
Parking lot is relatively easy to get into and get out of. Usually not too busy. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh. Has a wide variety of products making it easier to find special items for a recipe. It gas a big self checkout area. You can recycle your plastic bags in a bin by the front door.
Gorgeous store right on the edge of Forsyth Park, downtown. This is on a quiet street and is in a gorgeous area. The store is clean and well stocked. 👌 Carries flowers and balloons for holidays and occasions. Starbucks inside! ☕️❤️
Always a pleasure shopping here, 5/5🌟
Mr Le today my favorite cashier. Took the time help me with my Humana card always when a problem. Others were rushing me out the way Thank you. Your Awesome
Nice how this particular store was set up. Great location to downtown. I give it %90 on cleanliness.
Wow! I called Kroger, on Gwinnett st before driving over. The employee who answered the phone was a breath of fresh air! When I arrived at Kroger, I met Mr. Brandon at the cs desk and he was the person who answered the phone. He was such a pleasant person and took care of everything I needed! The person who hired him, should be applauded!
As someone who grew up in Savannah and remembers THE Mall and THE Kroger on Mall Blvd., and when PigglyWiggly stocked any pasta that wasn't spaghetti, egg noodles or lasagna on the "ethnic aisle," I was amazed to see not only Stumptown Cold Brew, Planet Oat milk and TexMex Jackfruit but also this giant whole jackfruit which I haven't seen in NYC where I have lived for 17 years and the last three as vegan. I saw shelves a bit disorganized and low/zero stock on some items but in that trite, I-walked-three-miles-in-the-snow-to-school way, this Kroger rocked! I snapped a pic of the Georgia Grown blueberries as a shoutout to my niece, the test kitchen manager for Georgia Grown (part of Georgia Dept of Ag). Support local food producers and watch out for Chef Olivia Rader; she's going to elevate whatever she is working on.
