Reviews Domino's Pizza

I left a scathing review of the abercorn downtown location, so I feel obligated to acknowledge a store that does it right. I’ve had a handful of issues and every single time, the manager (blonde woman, I’m sorry your name escapes me) has gone above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of. We gambled a little bit and got the cheese dip, which we ordered over a year ago at another store to a goopy coagulated greasy mess. This time, we were given a cheesy, soft, hot dip that was a pleasant surprise despite our prior experience. It was awesome. If you have any issues with this store, please consider how understaffed everyone is right now and give them a second chance, because they will fix it, and this is one of the few good stores I’ve seen in this city.

Delivery driver said she was on her second day. But I wouldn’t of known :). Amazing communication and wonderful attitude. Wish I caught her name! Perfecto 👌🏻

Amazing! I never order anything else while at work they make sure it’s fresh every single time! Customer service and delivery drivers are amazing!

I have been ordering here for over a year now and never had any issue that wasn’t quickly resolved. The staff is has always been kind and courteous, the drivers have always been kind and prompt. I’ve never had a bad pizza here. Sometimes I know they’re busy and things happen, especially being one of the TWO pizza places that still deliver on post. I’m very pleased with all services provided by this store.
